We love this campground! We always enjoy t the quiet nights at the canal front tent sites, the peace and family time in an unplugged environment. The staff is always friendly, they deliver firewood to the campsites so you don't have to carry it, and they have CLEAN bathrooms and swimming pool that you can tell are regularly maintained. They also have a camp store for anything you may have forgotten

Loved this campground. We stayed in the large cabin. The staff is amazing and the housekeeper even brought our groceries in our cabin for us because they arrived before us! Yes walmart delivers groceries to this location and it is the best vacation hack ever! The pool is awesome and the kids really enjoyed the basketball goal, park and rec room!

Very nice small old school family-friendly campground. Our group has reserved the same 3 scenic sites on the canal for Memorial Day over the past 3 years. On this national holiday they have a great camp-wide cookout social event with music and activities. Hope it continues. There is a boat launch and several docks for use. I believe you enter at North Bay and can boat on towards Back Bay. Many canal sites back up to Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife Refuge. Firewood is available and delivered to the site. The owner and staff are super friendly. We had an electric box issue and staff came out to fix right away. I have not used the bathhouse or pool; so can't comment. Very reasonably priced. We will be back!

This place completely exceeded our expectations—easily one of the best campsites we’ve ever been to! We’re already planning to come back annually. The staff was fantastic and truly takes great care of the campground, which my boyfriend and I really appreciated. They even hosted a fun Fourth of July celebration that made the experience even more special. We absolutely loved this campground!

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean campground. There's a few upgrades that would really help, such as making gravel sites near the canal so your not sinking in mud, The pool was nice, it would have been great if there was a bathroom and trash can at the pool. Little kids especially don't want to walk across the campground to use the bathroom. The 11am check out was a bit too early for our liking. We personally feel 12:30-1pm is more realistic. Overall its a great campground and we will probably be back!

Nice place. Great owners. I have to dock a few stars because they need an enforced quiet time rule. It's almost 11 and people are blaring their music and other people are being really loud, kids are screaming, some guy is using a loud electric chain saw to cut his wood. A chainsaw... at 10:45 pm.... And the owner is walking around like it's not a problem. Other than that, lovely location, well kept. Just... Not really camping...

Owners Mr. Dickie, Ms.Ericka) and staff (Ms. Nikki, Mr. Gary, Mr. Catlin and Mr. Mr.Brice) are absolutely amazing and awesome, looking for our weekend there very soon, they go above and beyond for my boy in a wheelchair. They treat us like family. Was just there again for Memorial Day Weekend, once again the staff went above and beyond, great food, band played until roughly 10, which was posted time , and then hearing kids be kids was great to hear. We really enjoyed ourselves as always, really dread the day that we have to leave.

Not the best for people who are looking for a quiet place to camp. The sites are extremely close to each other, very wet/muddy, and not much shade. Bathrooms/showers were not the cleanest come evening time, and the toilet stall walls and doors were only shoulder height, which is kind of strange. Lots of loud kids running around after 11pm. There was a live band playing until after 10pm, which I found odd for a campground. This is probably more for people who want to hang out with multiple other families in a party type of environment. Everyone was nice, just not my type of camping.

This was our first time here and we already can't wait to go back. We are local people and it was a really relaxing time. The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful and stopped by to talk a few times. We were next to a boy scout troop and never heard a peep out of them. Kids were respectful all over the campground. We were so unsure about stuff around here and the staff and owners were so sweet, patient and kind with us and our Autistic son. The showers, bathrooms, laundry, cabins and entire campground were very clean and well taken care of. You go up to the office to order fire wood and they drop it right off at your campsite or cabin. Our son had a blast fishing and kayaking right next to our cabin. We even told my family in Pennsylvania about this place and how wonderful it was. Wish we could give you a higher rating than 5 because you all deserve it going above and beyond. We will definitely be back!!! The Allen's

Awesome weekend of camping with the family. The facilities were clean, cabins were comfy and firewood was plentiful. The crew was putting up a new playset that the kids instantly loved. The Rec room had a few arcade games, pool table and, air hockey. Every staff member and camping family was respectful and helpful. If you are looking for an awesome spot, give them a stay!
