I can't comment on the rooms because I stayed in my trailer. Quiet place with good water pressure and they put me in a pull-through site with full hookups. They were a lot of RVs parked in sites, but I didn't see many people during my overnight stay...maybe they get busier on the weekends.

Everyone was very friendly.....BUT, just be honest about what your sites can handle as far as equipment length. When I called to reserve, I was honest about our motorhome, full size Ram pickup, and that we wanted a pull thru for one night so we didn't have to unhook!! When we arrived, tried to park our motorhome and vehicle, they said, our longest site is 40 ft......really

SORRY. WRONG CAMPGROUND. THIS NORTH FORK RESORT WAS IN GREENPORT LONG ISLAND Welcome to the new and improved CONSTRUCTION SITE! We decided to try again at the campground after reading the reviews and looking at their social media posts. Whoever is managing their marketing and photo shoots has the deceptive advertising concept down to a tee. Very disappointed by what was actually offered for the price. They have a long way to go to entitle them to use a Resort title. In fact, even if they wanted to consider themselves just an overpriced campground, they still have a long way to go. As far as ownership opportunities: Buyer beware of pyramid schemes.

Don't go here if you can avoid it. Most of the sites are "owned" and moved every month. There are run down derelict campers everywhere. The bathrooms are trailers which we didn't use. You cannot use your e bike without insurance. Speed bumps are every 100 feet or so but that doesn't slow down the locals on their golf carts. Shocking how they fly over them. It's a shame because this could be a beautiful RV park on the river. The only reason we stayed is because we used our Passport America. Without that, they charge 70.00 a night. Outrageous.

Big place, lot of things you can do. Has restrooms and showers. Campsite wasn't too bad.Had an ant colony on ours though. Nice along the river. Has dog parks and walks.

We are so grateful we found NFRA for our short term contractor stay. We lived month to month in our RV while we looked for a house in the area. We are thankful for the friendly staff, clean bathrooms, working laundry facilities, frequent ground maintenance, and ample outdoor spaces to relax. From the beautiful pool to the picturesque river access, you will be overjoyed with your stay. Rates are reasonable for monthly RV renting and the facilities are well maintained compared to other Parks we've stayed at across the country.

This place was great! I was lucky enough to get a spot right by the river. They had very nice AC individual bathrooms with good showers. The pools weren't open every day, but when they were a lot of people enjoyed them. I thought it was nice that they had separate pools for adults and children, and they even had a baby pool. The clubhouse was fabulous. It was well air-conditioned very spacious, had pool tables and dart boards and even Hallmark Channel among many on a big screen TV. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. I appreciated its proximity to Shenandoah National Park. And our town of Front Royal has some very nice shops.
