Absolutely wonderful stay at North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages! We stayed in one of the waterfront cottages and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cottage was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need — a complete kitchen for cooking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, comfortable sheets, pillows, and blankets, plus both heat and AC. It truly felt like a home away from home. We spent our evenings fishing for catfish right from our site and watching the gorgeous sunsets with my 20-year-old special needs son — it was peaceful and memorable. We actually arrived a day late for our two-day stay by mistake, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. They graciously adjusted our reservation with no extra fees, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had a great time and highly recommend North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited for two nights and stayed in a one bedroom cottage and I was actually impressed by how clean and tidy it was! The view blew me away by how beautiful it was and at night I could hear the waves lapping at the sandy shore. I was worried bugs might be an issue but in fact I only saw one fly and one cockroach my entire visit which given the cottage's proximity to nature I felt that was acceptable. Wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle and just be in nature. Will definitely come back again.

RV travelers, spending time with family in VB, VA. Did not spend a lot of time at the park/resort. Great amenities. Owner/ops folks were amazing and very helpful. We had some vehicle problems, and they made recommendations to repair services (Back Bay Automotive). We were back up and running in one day!

Our absolute favorite camping spot. The sunsets are amazing. Don't want to cook when you camp? No problem! They sell delicious breakfast on the weekends and there is a pizza and ice cream shop on site. The staff is friendly and so helpful.

Beautiful, clean, well organized waterfront RV park a short drive away from downtown Virginia Beach, but far enough away from the hubbub for a peaceful vacation. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. RV sites were roomy and well maintained. Bathhouses were very clean with handicap accessible showers. Lots of new tiny houses/cottages for rent as well. Weekend activities including breakfasts, dinners, dances, and bingo even in the non-peak season. We arrived a few days before an unusual 12" snowstorm. Staff worked tirelessly to clear the park as well as defrosting our frozen water hook-up. Highly recommend this RV park. This will be our campground for our next stay in the area.

Everything seemed fine at first when we checked in but it all went downhill from there. Problem #1 ROACHES Every night we stayed here we found 1 large sized roach in our cabin. Problem #2 The hot water heater is probably 1 (one) gallon, would not last long at all, Kind of an issue when there's more than 1 person staying in the cabin. Problem #3 Our cabin's lock was faulty after the 1st day. We were locked out for about an hour and a half. Luckily the staff were able to help us eventually. Problem #4 The rules were seemingly very strict which isn't much of an issue but I guess it's up to the staff's discretion on what and when to enforce. There was an extremely loud and obnoxious large group of people directly outside of the campground check in / shop for about 30+ minutes and nothing was said to them. But hey at least the pool and hot tub was really nice

*Karen* works the guard station. She's pretty rude about making sure you understand the rules. A lot more permanent residents then I expected. The beach is very small. A nice place but honestly not as wonderful as a lot of people claim. For the price I felt like it would've been a more welcoming resort. That's unfortunately what you get with privately owned campgrounds sometimes *Some* dogs are allowed to play fetch at beach and some not. *Some* can run loose while others aren't allowed. Ppl normally get yelled at for some things while other things are let to slide by. It may be a nice campground but employees attitudes definitely will make ppl not come back. Have rules and stick to them or have none at all! Loud music and groups after quiet hr.

It was a beautiful place, very clean and friendly. I would have given it 5+ stars but the bed is HORRIBLE!! It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete!!!!! We had to pull the hide a bed padding out and put it on the top of the bed.. I would recommend to bring a bed pad with you. We talk to a lot of different people there and they said the same thing , the bed was horrible to sleep on.

This is more of a vacation spot for families with RVs for spring break and summer stuff. There is almost always a family riding around bumping music and no one follows the rules on quiet hours. The upside is all the activities are really fun! Mini golf, fitness room, pool and shuffle boards, and some public activities on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The beach access is always cold, and not deep at all. It's limited space outwards towards the water, so that's the 4 stars.

Lovely park! Great amenities, beach down the road. Just a little off the beaten path but I definitely recommend!
