This is a very nice RV park and the staff is super helpful. We stayed there as we didn't have much luck with our spot at Deception Pass. Would definitely stay at North Whidbey again. Nice and quiet too...except for the jets.

If you love Jet engines and roosters than this place is for you. The Fighters jets can be loud and as late as 1am but that didn’t bother me. It has great laundry facilities, free hot showers, and the friendliest staff around. Close the gas station and the State park. The whole island is full of kind/friendly people.

Probably the best thing about this park is the location. Very close to the Deception Pass state park which is great. Clean facilities as well. But what turned me off from this park and why I won’t be returning is the Rules. I understand that for the comfort for all guests basic rules will need to be instated. But if you stay here, expect the rule book to be constantly thrown into your face (well email box), even when the violations are not your own! I had received a call from the park manager regarding a carpet I put down by the front door of my RV. I was told that putting carpets on the grass, even though the grass was dead, is a direct violation of the rules that I signed when I checked in. Okay, we rolled up the carpet. The rest of the stay my email box was bombarded with 2+ emails a day from management pointing out small violations people are committing and how it’s a direct violation of the rules that we all signed when we checked in. These emails even continued after we checked out for a few days. I’m a huge believer of Letter of the Law vs Spirit of the Law. Yes all these emails did correlate with actual rules that where broken, and we did sign those rules at check in as continually pointed out. But Id like a little bit of latitude on putting my carpet on the dead grass to make the outside of the RV more comfortable to utilize. Every time we got an email it’s that feeling of “oh god what do we have to go back and fix” until we read through it and find it’s probably referencing someone else in the park. Really adds unneeded stress to a trip.

We had a great experience here! Spots are very clean, the park is great for the kids. The bathrooms were really clean and have hot showers. Affordable rates for longer stays and military discounts. The staff was super helpful and friendly. There is a big gazebo for entertaining friends while we stayed, and parking area for extra cars. Highly recommend this place! Family friendly and long term friendly

I was disappointed and frankly shocked by the way I was treated at North Whidbey RV Park yesterday. I was at this location to pick someone up. There are two lanes for traffic, through traffic, and the lane that stops by the office. I am not staying here, so I used the through lane to go to the pick up location. I grabbed my passenger and continued on. I was then stopped by a woman with short hair at the exit. She had a stern demeanor and did not interact with me other than to block the road. I was looking around, thinking they were stopping traffic to allow a trailer to be moved in. From there, I noticed who I would assume was management walking towards me. She demanded to know my intentions for being at the park. I simply explained I was picking up a friend and was leaving. I was informed that ALL people must sign into the office, regardless of any other circumstances. I was also told I was driving WAY too fast (8 miles per hour which I found out is 3 mph above the posted sign). There was no friendly wave and explanation of what was going on. I was trapped at the exit like a crook and a thief to then be berated. As a local that has lived in this area for years, a simple conversation goes a long way. I would have apologized and there wouldn't have been a situation. Extremely disappointed.

Pretty close neighbor camping but it's mostly quite, no loud campers experienced during our trip. Pro: Pet friendly. Free WiFi. Easy backing into angled site pads. Across the street from Deception Pass State Park. Con: No guest parking. Close to Hwy 20 so some traffic noise. Overall a great experience. Will be back for sure. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I are traveling from Florida all across the US and are currently on our 17th State on our Journey. We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful park right across the street from Deception Pass State Park. What makes this park so wonderful is simply Jo and Lea. Both of thee amazing ladies are so kind and caring. The hospitality they show is top notch. The park has easy access to the RV Sites, offers a clean Laundry Room and other facilities. The site itself was level and kept up. In all our stay could not have been any better. Jo is a Gem and Lea as well. Lea provides exceptional tips to help make the stay better including suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Stop here, stay here and talk with these two and you will leave with Smiles.

Clean, quiet. Pleanty of space. Great base camp.
