Buyer beware they will rip you off. They wanted to evict me and my husband because our daughter was living with us. So think twice before you rent. And the lady manger is so rude to people it's unbelievable.

Definitely have to edit my five star review down to one. I've been looking to buy a mobile home and on the weekends (when I'm off work) go looking at them. I called Sunday afternoon to ask about a trailer, the woman who answered the phone was nothing short of rude. As soon as she answered she said, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS?!" I was shocked. "It's the weekend because I'm off work." "IT IS THE WEEKEND AND WE'RE CLOSED!" click as she hung up on me. A resident of the mobile home park we spoke to said she's rude like that all the time, yikes! Beware, I wouldn't trust someone like that.

A friend lives there and it was very quiet and the park seemed well taken care of. I would love to have a trailer cause I would have it here.

Rent to own mobile homes. I got a great deal on a mobile home here and I'm buying and moving in soon! So excited! Oh, and the office manager, Deb, is really nice and professional.

I cannot count the number of threats of eviction and false evictions on one both hands and feet. From 2nd day I moved in I was threatened because the neibors was smoking dope and she smelled it by my yard. Week later the neighbors was evicted. They completely zero out my account through a court ordered wage garnishment. I didnt even know such a thing was legal. During the corona outbreak theywent into my checking account and toom everything i own. This people or ruthless. Fair warning.

I bought my mobile home from a private individual, and it was a fairly quick process. It's quiet, clean, relaxing & peaceful place to call home. I've not encountered many mobile home parks quite like this one. Being a single woman, I feel safe and the management is top of the line! If there's ever a problem, if management can't fix it they've always pointed me in the direction where I could find it. They're very professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

It is a quiet trailer park/ campground. The only down fall is they require a 500$ security deposit for a camper that you bring. I came and stayed for 3 weeks paid the 450 for the spot for the month then the 500 for the security deposit that they said I would get back no later than a week when I moved out. Why do you have to pay a security deposit when I brought my own camper. But after I left I forgot about the deposit so about 2 months later my friend that also stayed there the same time asked me did I ever get my money back because he never did. So needless to say I had to call and call and call and finally after about 4 months I finally got my deposit. I waited to write this review after I got my money Incase they tried to keep it over this. But other than them hoping you would forget about ur money it is a nice and quiet campground.
