⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All 5 stars go to Jose Faudoa! Jose is the reason Northbrook Villas gets 5 stars from me. He’s the face of the company. always prompt, reliable, and full of positive energy every time he shows up. He goes above and beyond to take care of the residents and truly cares about the community. I wish management wouldn’t raise the rent every year on good renters like myself, but because of this man and the way he handles everything, they earn 5 stars. Big shoutout to Jose, that’s my boy!

Jose Faudoa has been the maintenance man for the 6 years that we have lived here and he is always professional and very prompt whenever we have had anything that needed repair even after normal hours and on weekends. Our fridge had stopped working and Jose came within a very short time after we called to get it fixed again. We truly appreciate him.

Moved in and the only place they fixed their efforts was inside. Outside we found alcohol paraphernalia, steak knives, and an illegal fire pit on the property that was still filled with trash. Thankfully we didn't mow the yard like we planned to, would have had a final destination moment. Water leak today, burst pipe spewing for HOURS with no sense of urgency from the office or maintenance. Hundreds if not thousands of water wasted. Took 3+ hours to simply turn off the irrigation water to fix the pipe. That's just to turn it off after the first report. Didn't get anywhere until I reached out on Facebook because the office closed early. Maintenance is rude and talked to me like I was stupid, but changed tones when my husband stepped out of the bedroom. There's uncontained dogs that poop in our yard. The yard has giant dips all over it that they're supposed to fix. When any issue is mentioned they brush it off. Our neighbors welcomed themselves onto our property to cut their hair 🤢 I'm sure plenty of the community members are nice but the management leaves something to be desired

Family member moved into a brand new unit and the dishwasher doesn't work, oven only cooks on one side, fan above stove doesn't work, big gap's on top and bottom of front door. Advised management about the dishwasher and stove and still 4 months later nothing has been done. If you are paying over a $1,100 a month for a new unit you would think everything should work in it!! Not a good place to live
