Had a wonderful stay here. It was so quiet and peaceful. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was immaculate. The trails and river were great and so pretty in the fall. Highly recommend if you are looking for a restful getaway.

Calvin and Jeannie are fantastic people and fantastic hosts. They truly care about making sure you have an excellent experience at their beautiful place. The grounds are perfectly manicured and landscaped. The shower and restroom is second to none in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Located in a beautiful part of Michigan, you will find plenty to keep you busy in the surrounding towns along beautiful Lake Huron and inland. I will definitely be back.

We camped at Northern bear paw RV park for my birthday weekend along with another couple friends and had a great time.🎂 This campground is definitely a hidden gem. Very clean and well maintained. Our friends loved riding the trails with their golf cart. We also loved being able to walk our dog through the trails along the river. The pond is real pretty and has a bunch of turtles in it.🐢 The owners, Calvin & Jeannie are super friendly and very welcoming. They both have also added their own personal touch to the whole campground which I loved. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful clean grounds. They have a little pond with fish and gave us fish food to feed them. Adorable trails with little bear themed signs and benches by the river. The owners were soooo nice. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their property and truly care about people having a good experience. The bath house was the cleanest I have ever seen. They delivered wood to our site. One of the owners even offered to help us pack up our camp site. I truly have only good things to say about this place.

We have been traveling across the country for three months and have experienced many campgrounds. We both agree this was one of the best! The bathrooms are spotless, day and night, and there is an abundance of showers (Also spotless). The grounds are meticulously maintained with mowed grass, beautiful flower beds everywhere, and clever and funny decorations throughout. There are well marked trails and a beautiful small river on the edge of the property complete with seating. The entire atmosphere of the park is friendly, quiet, and safe. We highly recommend!

This was my wife's and i's first travel trailer camping experience. From the conversations of the other campers around me they rated this place as one of the best in the state. As far as us being camping there our site was awesome. Backed up to the woods so we could have coffee inside the camper and stare into the woods. The hosts at this facility were amazing. Had an RV issue and they helped us out with a good connection to get it taken care of. This is definitely a five-star place to me. Thank you so much God bless

This cute little cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It was clean and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were always clean and the showers never ran out of hot water. The campground was not far from town. My family will definitely be back.

This is a very clean and quiet RV park. My wife and I went away for the weekend and stayed here for the first time. We found it to be an enjoyable stay and look forward to going back sometime. The spaces are a great size and we did not feel cramped at all. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice RV park to enjoy some peaceful rest. The owners do an amazing job of keeping everything clean and ensuring your stay is great.

Close proximity to Tawas City. The campground is very clean, well kept, lots of shade. Its quiet. The owners are so friendly. They offer walking trails, a beautiful river area, sitting by the pond, and cheap laundry. The guest bathrooms are the most cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. We can not say enough good about this campground. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed here while participating in a craft show in Tawas over Memorial Day weekend. We arrived half an hour early by accident, and the owner was very accommodating. When he saw us walking around later on, he checked in to make sure we were all set and asked if we needed anything. Noteworthy pros: the bathrooms and showers are by far the cleanest I’ve seen at any campground. You can tell the owners put effort into maintaining them. Even with children playing, the campground was generally calm and quiet. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I’ve seen reviews talk about the dusty road, but it’s gravel. If you drive the suggested limit, it’s fine. All of the sites have a good mixture of sun and shade. The entire campground was very clean and very nice. Serene and beautiful! Didn’t have a chance to make it down to the river this trip, but we have another craft show over Labor Day and I am glad I booked this campground already, so hopefully I can see it then since I’ve heard it’s beautiful! Definitely will stay here in the future.

We spent the month of August here. Wonderful place to spend the summer. The weather was perfect. The campground was beautifully landscaped and the owners were always working on projects or mowing. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Laundry was very reasonable. Not much for kids to do but for us retired people this is the place!

A absolutely beautiful RV park. We are here now. My husband and I are in awe of how beautifully kept this park is. Very clean, beautiful big sites, very quiet and absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely keep this one as a favorite!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing adult weekend. Lots to do in town and the surrounding area if you like to explore. One of our best camping experiences so far.

Very clean. We went there to camp with my parents. They had a camper. We had a tent. The park was neat and clean, small. Owners were super nice and helpful. Bathrooms were immaculate. I would recommend it for adults only, as there really isn't anything for kids to do, unless they like to hike trails and fish. It's also nice and close to Tawas, around 10 minutes or so.
