We had a very pleasant stay. The park is clean with nice wide roads making it easy to get in and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit in the area.

OK, I originally gave this place five stars and I’m standing by 10 toes down. As far as RV parks go the amenities here can’t be touched, but that’s not what gives me that five star feeling it’s how clean this place is, how well they upkeep the grounds, how they build community and fellowship and they are very knowledgeable about RV life. Wonderful tips for a first timer. It’s been a long time since I was treated like a neighbor, but the second I got here there were smiles, and that is welcoming when you come home, the world is mean enough on its own. The security here is amazing. I don’t have to worry about anyone stealing whatever we leave out. Our dogs have plenty of designated spots for them so they are able to keep the lake pristine With no dogs. Honestly, this is a resort. They have on-site laundry. They have a pool that is operational and clean same with the hot tub. There is even a 8 to 10 PM adult swim, which I thought was very considerate for the kiddos to be able to play and adults to have their time without the splashing. They have an ice machine they sell things you might need in the office if they don’t have it, they will offer to carry it. I’ve noticed that this is a great place for families work and relaxation. I didn’t know that I was gonna love this place the way I do. I hope you come and see it and become a part of our community so you can get the good vibes that they’re passing out on the daily! Thank you, Northlake and everybody that makes it Northlake! Did I mention it’s all concrete pads?! there is no mud here when it rains. ;)

This is my first time staying in an RV or at a mobile home resort in general and I’ve got to say, I honestly couldn’t have had a better first impression. I love it here and can’t wait to move in(this is me just after my tour). Ms. Sam and Property Manager Ms. Tabatha are great people and showed me such a heartwarming welcome and tour around the facilities. They have excellent amenities, a lake that allows fishing, and gazebos to grill out. The neighborhood is safe and secure with a gated fence. A strong sense of community while also maintaining the courtesy of privacy for its tenants. Calm and relaxing, every morning and afternoon seems like it’s a vacation at home. They even have a free dog washing station. I don’t know what else I could say to someone looking for insight, but if you’re looking for your next mobile home location, this is definitely it!

They have rentals. Have not stayed in one but they look nice. Peaceful and quiet ,while I was there. Neighbors are not roaming around at night to see what they can steal. Lake, feels cool at night. Swimming pools and other amenities. Covered spaces available. It Has propane for sale. It has a free dog wash.

Had such a wonderful time for our weekend away in one of their park models. Tabitha made sure we were able to get our check in information, even though we arrived after hours. The park felt very safe and secure, nice gated area. Enjoyed spending days by the pool and hot tub and using their gym equipment. The coffee bar was well stocked and definitely my favorite part of the mornings there. The area was nice and quiet and the other guests that I met were super friendly. Definitely felt more like a cute quaint neighborhood than a random RV park. The lake was nice, there is a swinging bench that overlooks the lakes edge and I spent almost every morning out there sipping my coffee before starting the day. The rest of the staff there was also very friendly, can't remember all of their names, but they kept the place so clean and tidy. Always gave a warm hello anytime I saw them out and about. Can not recommend this place enough!! Can not wait to go back and make more memories. Also hurricane harbor was only like a 10 minute drive. Tabitha and her husband also recommended some great food places to try in the area.
