Had a few problems in the site but nothing like new management didn’t fix, management has been so great and kind. Kids are outside having fun. My family and I travel for work and the managers worked with me even after long hours of work. Communicate improved a lot since October. Would definitely come back again. The bath houses are constantly clean, and no longer locked.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst RV Park I’ve Ever Stayed At If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we pulled in, I had a bad feeling — and I was right. The management is rude, disorganized, and clearly doesn’t care about guest experience. The spots are cramped, uneven, and so close together you can hear your neighbor breathing. Privacy? Nonexistent. The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week — mold in the corners, broken soap dispensers, and a smell that made me gag. And don’t even get me started on the “laundry room.” Two broken machines and a floor covered in lint and trash. Wi-Fi was a joke. Might as well have sent smoke signals. We were told there was a “community area,” but it looked like a neglected junkyard picnic table and a fire pit full of beer cans. Worst of all, the vibe here was just off. Sketchy people lingering around at night, dogs barking constantly, and I did not feel safe leaving anything outside. Avoid this dump at all costs. Pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere that doesn’t feel like the set of a horror movie.

WARNING: I honestly like this RV site a lot and the staff is generally very nice. Stay here if you can but a little warning, there is an unspoken rule it seems that they keep track of your history with communication among other things and if they deem that you were not responsive enough with their phone calls and returning them, they will black ball you from renting. I have always paid and never stiffed them or given them any grief but because Twice now I have been out of town vacationing while they wanted to talk to me and I couldn’t get back to them, “they no longer have any available lots for me” stay here but just make sure you always answer their calls or you’ll get your hand slapped.

This review is a shout out to the Staff, then. I will get to the facility. I made my reservation via the internet at the last minute as my previous RV Park had some predicted Flooding issue. Then, two miles from NorthLake Village RV Park, I broke an axle. Parked on the side of the road, I called the RV Park and explained the issue, and asked them to get involved in the repair. They stated they had an RV Repair Tech living on the property. I limped the RV to the property, checked in, and parked the RV in the “Overnight” spot. Before I could unhook the dolly down the RV, the on-site Tech had already contacted me. NorthLake Village RV Park then arranged for a Wrecker Service to tow my RV to the Service Location. Thru no fault of NorthLake Village, the Wrecker Service failed to arrive as scheduled, resulting in an extra night in the Overnight Space. (FYI, This all happened just before NASCAR Weekend, two miles away from this RV Park. The Park was booked FULL for NASCAR). The office staff, Chloe & Sherri understood our breakdown issue and accommodated us in every way possible. Now it is day three of an overnight stay, and the staff is still very understanding and accommodating. Finally, the wrecker arrives and my crippled RV is towed off of the NorthLake Village RV Park. Now, about the RV Park… The 50 Amp Power worked great. The City Water worked great. Black Tank Sewer worked great. The on-site Bath House was clean, modern, roomy. What a great facility. I look forward to my next visit to NorthLake Village RV Park (without a broken axle.)

My husband and I just stayed here for a long weekend while we visited some friends and attended the races at Texas Motor Speedway and we are very happy with our experience! They are friendly, accommodating, clean and made everything very easy. The short and straight shot to/from the track was a huge bonus too! Thank you, we will definitely be recommending you and using your campground again in the future!
