Very friendly environment welcoming at the door. Don't have long to walk around lost always a worker handy and willing to answer questions. Fair pricing on stuff you wouldn't not be able to find nowhere else.

Grounds were clean. Exactly what we needed. The staff was really helpful and took the time to show us maps of the area and note local necessity businesses. Did not deal with a single rude person. Everyone, including fellow campers, were very nice. Laundry room was a real bonus too.

Clean campground, most of the negative reviews seem to be about rude staff, which we absolutely did not find to be true (maybe they had a change of management, or just took reviews to heart and changed their behavior?) The campsites aren't huge, kind of narrow, but we were just stopping for the night and didn't mind. The campground itself was quiet, but it is located very close to two busy roads, which is convenient, but there was a fair amount of road noise. It got quieter at night at least, but never fully quiet. The campground has a pool and a hot tub, but they were closed so I can't say if they are nice (it's late September, so this is not unexpected, but I totally would have used the hot tub if it were open). Both T-Mobile and AT&T have decent reception here, I was able to do an online meeting with no trouble. As a place to stop overnight, or if you are mainly going into Duluth/Superior, I think this is a perfectly good place to stay, and would not hesitate to stop here again in the future.

This is not really a bad park and has potential but it could use some TLC, especially in the landscaping department. It is a ways out of town.

Great campground. Spacious, level and grassy RV sites, full hookups. Shade trees. Owner was friendly and helpful. This place was a great spot to relax. They have a really nice pool. Great family feel here. It was so nice to see all the families having fun and kids playing and enjoying themselves. I would most certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

This was our first time at this site. Very fun and kid friendly. I recommend this place to all. Quite a few near by options that are available.

Stayed for a month as my husband was working in the area. Nice, quiet park, close to so many things to do. Beautiful area. Loved the old washing machines and dryers in the laundry room. My clothes have never been cleaner! The lots do get very soggy when it rains, so bring rain boots, and she does allow a door mat, just not the big lawn carpets. Cindy, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful.

First time ever "tent " camping. Was a blast!! Although it rained most of the time there, the facility was awesome. Location is a great place to be around everything. Thanks Jim and cindy for the small talk.
