Pad rents increase every year. Some people are paying over 600 a month. 30 dollar increase this year. Roads are terrible. Roads are cleared quickly after a a snow fall. Manager and one off the owners give the park have the park a five out of five. Owner does not live here.He lives in B.C. Other owner lives in Alberta. After people are paying off loans and taxes on there trailers it is getting expensive to live in the Park.

Horribly managed. There was a leak in my trailer and I was notified about it. As soon as I was I contacted someone to go look at it. Who sent me videos and pictures. I contacted the park to tell them I have someone there and they accused me of lying. And used heresy about what the other neighbors have seen go on. When I asked multiple times for the owners information I was denyed. I have been in good standing with them for payment for almost 3 years.

Older mobile home park in Whitehorse that is very well maintained. Streets are plowed and graded regularly and mobile homes are made to be kept orderly.

It is a trailer park. One entrance has a sign to show how the trailer numbers work. Otherwise it is very hard to figure out.

Arguably the best trailer park in Whitehorse. Pad rent is still a lot for what it is but at least you can have animals. People will still try door handles In the park so lock your vehicles. The park is unpaved but it’s nice that you can put as much household garbage as you want in the dumpsters. The kids parks are pretty brutal. The newer one near the dumpsters wasn’t installed right and several of the supports could be pushed right over either because the beams are rotten or they weren’t cemented in. The management will act as if your lease agreement supersedes the tenancy act because the park is “private property”, it doesn’t. Make sure you know your tenancy rights front to back because they will try and scare you off with threatening letters should there be any issues. The trails around the park are great. The trails and relative privacy afforded by the park are why I’m giving it a 3/5. As far as I’m concerned, it would be a 5/5 if management was more consistent and more proactive when it comes to park maintenance and ensuring drainage issues are addressed in a timely manner. Some lots have terrible flooding and ice because of where the park piles snow and their refusal to find adequate solutions for drainage.
