Great resort. Extremely friendly staff and amenities. It would be really great if the wifi was better so I didn't have to rely on my cell phone wifi to watch tv.

We stayed in the far end of the Resort, it is very well laid out, excellent amenities offered, cool food truck on Saturday. Hookups are nice and easy, very little noise from the highway. the park has quite a few Long Term folks, which are respectful, and the park is kept clean, spaces are clean. the 4 star is due to the strong sewer smell in the bottom end of the park, if there is a breeze no smell, but it is very strong. i assume it is a temporary problem and after leaving this review I am confident it will be addressed as they really care here. We have a 47' ATC with a F450, hauling a Bronco. So the spaces are large.

Northside RV Resort in Waxahachie met all of my expectations. From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed — the grounds are immaculate, the sites are spacious, and everything is well maintained. The amenities are top notch: full hookups including 20/30/50 amp service, both pull-through and back-in concrete pads, very clean restrooms & shower rooms, several laundry rooms, internet service, gated security for peace of mind, and separate dog parks. I especially enjoyed the walking paths around the pond with its fountain, and the playground is great for families with kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and booking was smooth. A special shout-out to Vanessa Braiser for going above and beyond — her kindness and professionalism made my stay even better. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and full services in a quiet, secure setting, this place is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Northside RV Resort!

The facilities are eloquently designed to make you feel comfortable. With two clean laundry facilities, multiple restroom/shower locations, a large pool, three dog parks, a fenced playground yard, fish pond with walking trails, a clubhouse and much more. This location is elite living with convenience.

Very nice RV park! Clean, quiet, pretty, peaceful! Even our pup enjoyed her stayed! The dog parks have a nice sitting area & lighting for night time. And the pond... we all enjoyed our walks around that!

Amazing campground!! The entirety of the campground is very nice. All the way from the front office, to park management and the campers. Fishing, cornhole and the nicest bath and shower facilities I’ve experienced. I can’t say enough good things about the entire resort. I would highly recommend. I will not camp anywhere else during my Dallas visits. Thank you North Grove!!

We just finished spending a week at this campground, and I have to say it’s an extremely nice campground! The property is very clean, and the security cameras and gate provided a nice level of security. There’s plenty of parking for the RV, and at least two vehicles on each spot. Great internet speeds and RV connections. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The Resort Map shows a jogging path that goes around the pond. I expected to see a concrete/gravel path (similar to the concrete path to the fire pit, or concrete path between spots 519 and 520), but this “path” is just dirt and weeds. Not much of a path at all, let alone a jogging path, so it’s pretty misleading. There were also numerous long-term campers who seemed to feel the campground policies don’t apply to them (like having household appliances outside of their camper, or spare car parts laying around the camp spot), which really took away from the “luxury” campground feel.

Beautiful RV park! Easy access and mostly pull through sites. Soft lighting. Nice playground and dog park. Sorry we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor fireplace!

This place is awesome, it is extremely clean, well taken care of, the staff is well managed, they are nice and friendly, they even helped us with a map of the local boutiques for my wife to shop at! The location is very quiet, there roads are wide all concrete and all sites are concrete, they even have smooth roads that we could ride our scooters on. The huge pond is beautiful with aqua blue water (the sprayer was in repair while we were there) The fire place by the water is really cozy, and there have 4 rows of corn toss to have some fun by the pond. The walk around the pond is great for the dogs and us! The park is fairly new and very well set up! We highly recommend it and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Northside. From an RV checklist it hits the typical set of amenities; where it exceeded expectations was the outstanding community-wide Communications (text and email) and overall sense of community. We were transient short-stay residents but you can sense that the longer-stay folks here get to know and and care about each other. Can recommend for short or extended (90-days) stays.
