Lovely , quiet RV resort a short drive from downtown Naples. Everyone was super friendly and there are lots of activities. The most beautiful Greenway trail access is directly across the street.

We are very disappointed. We had friends who stayed here for one week this winter. Northside Naples advertises shorter stays (1 week plus) on their website. However, when we inquired about a shorter stay they replied saying the minimum commitment for reservations was 3 months. Shouldn’t their website reflect this policy. Why are they advertising shorter stay rates?

Really nice park in a great location close to just about everything you wish to visit in Naples. Nice start, clean grounds and great visit overall! Will return next time in the area.

I am in love! Park had extensive storm damage 2 months prior. Crews were cleaning up and repairing. Attitude was fabulous. Puzzles, pool, common areas, and happy hour! All a delight!

RV park is well kept - the staff and volunteers were very helpful as we checked in. Our site was on the tight and narrow side but there are larger and longer spaces on the interior roads - the creek sites were not very appealing except for the fact there’s no one behind you. Not too keen on having to pay a $50 deposit for the Comcast cable equipment, but the air antenna selections weren’t very good even though it’s a large community (Naples/Ft. Myers). The pool facilities were very nice and well kept as are the laundry and restrooms. The local airport was close by, but the southeast end of the airport is not in a runway line.

We only have a 26 foot camper from bumper to hitch. The site was so small you could not be outside you could not put out the awning. No place to park our truck. Others had to park along building. They do pack you in.

The new owners have done an "AWESOME " job of upgrading the cabins, they're absolutely beautiful!

Loved the staff so much there. Pricing a little steep for the noise level of the planes depending on where you are located in the park. Pool area needs some updating and care since there is no jacuzzi or gym.

I went there to entertain for valentines day party. Nice crowd ,great bunch of people...they were dancing in the streets.

Sadly, the Google 1/5 (1 star) recommendations for this park are spot on. From the cramped sites to the office staff attitude, I found a new low bar set for hospitality expressed to weary travelers, especially those that only intend to stay a week. If you are one of those unlucky people (regardless previously being assigned a site#) be prepared to be bumped on the day you arrive parallel to the road next to the office where your awning will open up into the street. The staff has lost perspective and is adversarial with the guests at every turn. I grew weary of listening to empty apologies followed by the staff blaming the new owners and the computer system for their own ineptitude. As is the case with many acquisitions in the hospitality industry, the new owners had best bite the bullet and replace the office staff. They are not honest, angry and these attributes are destined to drag this park down further from where it stands now in the ratings.
