My 5th wheel was hit - yes a hit and run!!! I had proof I had cameras up. The owner "George" DID NOT care!!! The manager and the assistance manger just stare at you when you come. So bring an old rig - because when you leave it well be beat up and keyed by your neighbors!!! One of the reasons my Rig was hit seen in the pictures - the rule where my rig was parked "one vehicle with the rig" Rules are NOT enforced by the management and owner. If you need something and you want it done ask for Marcia or Roselyn they are the best!!!! The owner should give these two a promotion as they are polite, smile and friendly!

The perfect spot in Marin for staying in your RV! It is very hard to find somewhere that is so accommodating and welcomes dogs. This was a huge deciding factor in staying here. They have a spacious dog park as well to let your pups run. Beautiful mountain views and a great nature park right across the road. The staff and management are always so nice and helpful. We love how personal they always are with us! They are patient and truly care about who stays here! Be sure to explore downtown Novato too! Lots of great places across the highway, it couldn’t be a better location- whether staying long term or just passing through.

Stayed here for two months and have mostly nice things to say. One of the best options in the Bay Area. Pros: •Almost always quiet. This is huge for us. We found it to be very peaceful and safe. •Pet friendly (but check the cons) •Very accommodating •Sarah & Jessica in the front office we’re always very helpful and welcoming •Very clean restrooms •Laundry on site and all in working order •30 min to Golden Gate •Minutes away from hiking trails •Sites are close but still roomier than most in the Bay Area. We still felt a sense of privacy unlike other parks. •Sprayed for bugs •Deli on site •Full hookup 30/50 amp •Decent water pressure •Dumpsters were well maintained •Ample parking for two cars at most sites •Big rig friendly. We stayed with a 43’ fifth wheel with 4 slides. •Within 10 minutes of everything! Grocery shopping, downtown, dining, hiking, etc etc Cons: •Although pet friendly, there’s no great spot to walk/let dogs relieve themselves. The dog area is very dry/unmaintained. I think maybe during a different part of the year it may be greener but we avoided it because it was basically just dust. -There’s also no designated trash cans for pet waste. They do offer bags but people just throw their bags on the floor because they don’t want to walk to the regular dumpsters/trash cans in front of the deli. OR they don’t pick up after their pets at all. Poop was always left all over the outside of the park. •Some people had pet fences up at their site and just allowed their dogs to pee/poop directly on the rocks which could smell pretty bad if not properly maintained. •It’s easy to spot the long term sites— they can look a little run down & keep a lot of belongings outside their rigs. All in all I recommend this park. It’s mostly well maintained & I’d say one of the biggest improvements they could make is to add pet waste trash cans around the park. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there & are very grateful for them accommodating us.

Mostly large RVs parked there, we were in a VW Eurovan. Lots of noise from RV heaters and generators going on and off all night around us. We got there after hours and could not get the bathroom code till the morning. Also pretty pricey for basically a spot in a parking lot $75/night. Bathrooms were clean.

Several long term residence, a few short term sights. Clean park and friendly staff. Deli on premises that has a great selection. Pool and clean showers and restrooms. Washer and dryers available as well. Great dog run as well. Will come again

We stayed there for 4 nights. Quite, very clean, laundry room was clean. Nice big dog area. Not a bad drive to San Francisco.

Wonderful park to stay at. It's right off the 101. Only a 45 min driver to down town San Francisco (be mindful of California traffic). Novato it self is a great town. It has everything you could need and its not congested. Best part, they have a laundry room and a deli that has some very good food.

Beautiful! Lived in Novato as a child and young adult. I visit family often there. I'll never stop bringing my kids to visit marin. So much beauty here.

Best place to stay in the area even with the prices being high. Electric was high as well, but they do have laundry facilities and a deli, so it’s well worth it. Staff is nice as well

Novato RV park is still under construction it had no restrooms no showers and needed a lot of work on the campsites still it was close to a beach about 300 yards away down at Sandy path. I left my footprint I'm sure it is still there!
