We had a great experience here and the service was next level amazing! We had car trouble and didn’t get into the park until much later than intended. We also ended up needing an extra night because our car wasn’t ready for us to leave. The staff were fantastic, supportive and understanding. They made the whole process easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend staying here. We didn’t really use many of the facilities but the putt-putt was fun and different and the ensuite on the ensuite site was brilliant and well kept.

We just got back from a long weekend in Bathurst and we stayed at Bathurst Panorama Holiday Park. I came on here to share our feedback because we had such a great time here and I am really shocked to see all the 1 star recent reviews. I dont think its fair that most of them are from the same family e.g husband and wife leaving 2 separate reviews of the exact same nature. Anyway, back to my experience; we stayed in the Panorama room which is directly opposite the pool. Myself and my four kids. The staff were fantastic. The cabin was far beyond our expectations. It was huge, spotless, well equipped and we all loved it. We were only there 2 nights and were out most of the time exploring Bathurst so didnt get to explore many of the amenities but overall I would give this place a 5/5 and we will be back again very soon for another stay. Special thanks to the Lovely Manager who welcomed us after hours and was very hard working. I saw him around scrubbing bbqs, cleaning the pool etc . See you next time! Ellena

We needed somewhere to stay while our car was being fixed. These guys were amazing and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. We got a powered site for our Caravan. Sites are nice and flat and we were very comfortable. Amenities were clean. The putt putt golf was a wonderful feature, we didn't get have a play this time round but hope to next time we stay. Thank you guys for making us feel very welcomed. Recently stayed here wanting a weekend a way with the family. Less Then impressed, jumping pillow hasn’t been there for over 6 years the service lady tells me. I mentioned it’s in the brochure in the room and always advertised online and they said they are getting on to it. Games room most the stuff is broken and filthy. Swimming pool not working and in the warmer weather. Cabin overall was good location great just the cabins are outdated and need some maintenance. Hot and cold taps would be good if they had labels. Booked for 2 nights stayed for 1. Mini golf was the best thing about the park!

There are definitely better NRMA parks out there, and I can back up that fact because all caravan parks I have ever been to have been better. Our room (homestead) had mould under the bunk beds and on the roof. The jumping pillow had been taken down, and the waterslide was closed and it didn't look like it had been used since summer. Our cabin was really small, and the mattress in the bedroom was so soft that I literally sinked into the bed and I could barely get out. The tv was tiny, and there were a few wear and tears like the couch's fabric coming off. The park is really small, and the playground feels so unsafe to the point it was wobbling when any kid went on it. The staff were really nice though, and the mini golf was fun. Probably wouldn't stay again...

Nice park but traffic noise is unbearable for campers. Unfortunately campers are put closest to the hwy and a round about so get lots of truck braking noise.

The Bathurst NRMA Big 4 is amazing. Their toilets are Very clean and hygienic. The pool it great nice and big. I didn't play anything in the arcade but it was really good TV for the kids in there. I have stayed there two times both where great. All and all I would definitely recommend to friends.

Booked in to a Settler's Cabin which was simply furnished, but very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, with crisp, white hotel quality linen. The bathroom was super clean; the fittings were a little worn, but fully functional. There is one car space right next to the cabin. The area is nice and quiet, although the noise from the highway does echo a little - it didn't really bother us. It's a pity we didn't get to stay longer to explore more of the facilities as the bouncy pillow and mini-golf looked very inviting!! A really nice place to stay in Bathurst.
