Been here for 2 years and had very few minor issues. although they advertise wifi, bathhouse and laundromat don't depend on that. Wifi will only work very slowly and only close to the office and laundromat has 3 washers and 3 dryers 2 of which work for all 38 lots

We have lived in 2 other spots in last 2 years. and this is the most honest, self contained, and friendliest. We have found our home finally. The manager is AWESOME!! The only thing they need is more washers and dryers.
