We were in the park for about 3 years. The first manager was very friendly, however, that changed with the new management. They are not kid friendly at all. They literally drive around the park real slow and watch people, they are never in the office. Last summer, Rod was mowing the lawn and he left guard up on the mower while kids were on the swings. And he would get really close to them. That's very dangerous. My husband took a video of that. They ran a couple of tenants off because they didn't like them. The picnic area is falling apart ,plastic tables are cracked and broken, kids can get hurt. The swing set is not grounded and rocks all over the place when kids are swinging, and it doesn't have any padding under the swings. So if\nA child falls off of a swing , they would hit their head on either rocks or a tree root. That happened to my four year old granddaughter. I would avoid this place at all costs.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of months last summer. While we were there, it felt like we were part of a community. The manager is extremely kind, and helpful. Thank you NWA hideaway for a great experience.

Been here for 2 years and had very few minor issues. although they advertise wifi, bathhouse and laundromat don't depend on that. Wifi will only work very slowly and only close to the office and laundromat has 3 washers and 3 dryers 2 of which work for all 38 lots
