This place is terrible. First off - we planned on staying here for almost 2 weeks and left after 4 days. I will list all the things as to why - please be smarter than me and do nlt trust that this is a good spot. No. The entire place is outdated and run down. The club house smells like its got mold throughout the building. The power didn't even work at the spot the guy put us and basically told us we were out of luck- there's a bear that they feed in the dumpsters that was 30 yards from where we were camped, and bear poop all over the kids play ground area. The staff look like they are on drugs - or that they spent 20 years on them - I can't tell. The neighbors next to us on Thanksgiving were trying to first fight each other screaming profanity all over the park. We left and they charged my cc another fee for leaving early. I didnt even bother to dispute just wanted to get as far away from this place as possible. Hands down the worst place we have ever stayed and for any decent family looking for a place to stay - beware.

It was a nice place to get out of the sun and enjoy a ice cold adult beverage. There was a bad playing The food looked like bar food which isn’t a bad thing I personally didn’t have anything to eat.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Its rough around the edges but once you give it a try there is no need to eat anywhere else while in Oak Glen. Oak Glen Tavern has a smallish menu. They had a rib special sandwich this weekend and THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS PERMANENT on the menu!! It's delicious. We were all jealous of the person in our party that ordered it. The ribs themselves were good as well. Pulled pork sandwich delicious but they could use a stronger bun as it was very soggy from the start. Mac salad was very tasty.I loved the addition of peas and corn in it. Beans were a miss but hey can't nail everything all the time! I wish they would have had fries, tots or onion rings as a choice or even a up charge side. Friendly local service, great outdoor shady seating. Now the entertainment! Ok we were there this Saturday and I don't know if this guy is always there but I sure hope so. He played so many songs that I love.. I could have sat there all day and listened to him. He definitely sang something for everyone. What a great place to spend your day and just relax.

This place is horrible. The older lady that works the front is one of the rudest people I have ever met. This place is in some serious need of care. It is beyond neglected. They have what was a beautiful miniature golf course at one point but it's gone down the drain.
