Visited my folks here for a day. Everybody seems very friendly, took a look at the facilities and found them to be very clean. Pool looked nice. Seems like there's a lot of activities for folks to do as well. I know my folks are very happy here as they are now full-time Rvers.

Beautiful Park with wonderful residents. My parents moved here about a year ago, and I love to come visit when they have events, and they are amazing with volunteer work for the community, Arcadia and Port Charlotte charities. It is just inspiring and peaceful and beautiful.

This is a 55+ MH and RV park. I came here in the middle of the pandemic for a few months while working nearby and stayed for over a year! Ian took a toll but the facility has recovered nicely and the people are as friendly and resilient as ever.
