The BATHROOMS ARE HORRIBLE!!! The bathrooms are disgustingly filthy and some are out of order. We camp there every year because we have friends and family there but the bathrooms make me want to never go back again. The campground is very nice with lots of stuff to do for kids and adults. There’s great golf cart trails for the adults cruise around on and lots of playground equipment for the kids. The pool is always clean and nice. Overall, the campground itself is nice just not the bathrooms. I have complained about the bathrooms before and I know other people have too, apparently management does not care about the cleanliness or the functionality of the bathrooms, which is a shame because it is a nice campground you would think they would put a little more TLC and attention on the bathroom facilities. Again, I can’t express it enough, THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!!

We grew up camping at Oak Shores, but it had been nearly 30 years since we had been camping here and WOW, what a difference! The campground expanded so much and we are excited to see what the future holds as more expansions are in the making. There is so much to do here - Golf cart trails, playgrounds for kids, basketball courts, disc golf, swimming pool, beach front, fishing...there's a little bit of everything. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up booking another trip for the following weekend, and we look forward to making Oak Shores a normal campground for us for years to come.
