This park has a real sense of community! It’s a beautiful quiet park with always lots to do. The ladies in the front office are always helpful and welcoming! Close to lots of great restaurants, shops and bike and walking trails. The beaches are only a short drive away. This is our 3rd year here and we are back next year!

We had such a wonderful time here. Just what we were looking for. We stayed the month of Jan 2024 and enjoyed the amenities as well as the atmosphere of the whole campground. We could ride our bikes to pick up groceries, lots of good restaurants in the area and beaches were close by. Tarpon springs and the sponge docks were close and fresh seafood markets. Tim & Bobbie

We stayed here while traveling through the area. The park is an older park with mostly park models, but has sites for transients, like us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome! Roads were narrow, but we managed just fine with our 36' fifth wheel. We were there just after a big rain and received more rain while we were there, so the ground was saturated and there were many puddles. Thankfully our site was asphalt so we weren't in the mud or soggy grass. With Passport America, our rate was fabulous for a full hook-up site in this area. We would stay here again.

Nice park, lots of trees, reminds me of old Florida. Only complaint was lots of Nosee-em bug bites.

Seems the staff really didn't take into account the length of my RV at 42' and didn't comprehend the actual length and they put us into a 40' spot with trees on the backend so you couldn't back in farther to park your tow vehicle. They had longer spots that would have been easier to park in and would have been better for length.

Friendly community full of happy campers. Enjoyed the cozy cute appeal of this park. Very neat and clean though the infrastructure is aging. Small and sometimes tricky RV spaces to maneuver. No wifi and no cable. Air antenna is a joke. This park reminds me of the things in life that get grandfathered in by the grace of God. Very congested and hectic area on highway 19. I will not book here again.

Adorable, "old Florida," in a good way! Spacious spots, roads are paved and winding with lots of mature shade trees. Park is very well maintained, swimming pool is delightful. The place is huge with well over 500 sights, but feels like a gentle little town. Many of the sights have very old built-on-to trailers that have full time residents, but they seem to "work" in this special nook of Florida.
