The park was easy to find. It is located not far from the freeway. There is pavement all the way except for a short strip of gravel. The park roads are gravel and in good condition. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. CASH or CHEQUE on;y. We were escorted to our site. The rules are fairly basic and it seems they are serious about enforcement. Be aware that not all doga are allowed. Our site, 57, was a pull thru that was easily long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing could be an iossue when the parkis full. Sites are two per slot but opposing sides. All sites have a concrete patio with grass and mature trees. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was clean and nicley groomed. We did not use park included wifi. There is NO cable TV. We did not find any OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the laundramat, washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean but dated. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $40.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

This is a really nice family run RV park with very long and wide pull through spaces that have a nice grass and tree buffer between them. Mike and Shelly are quite friendly and you can tell they enjoy running this park. The park is across from the south shore of Clear Lake, and is only 3 miles or so from the freeway.
