The owners/managers and the entire staff are amazing. They work tirelessly to make sure each guest is comfortable, and has a relaxing visit. The park is close to all the Fredericksburg Tx Hill Country has to offer. Tank you all for the hospitality!

This was a really great campground about 5 minutes south of main street Fredricksburg for our 3 night stay. Good spacing between level sites with easy hookups and good Wifi. Excellent amenities if you're staying for a while. Well maintained throughout. There are lots of good places to eat, and even more wineries to visit nearby! The Pacific War Museum is worth a visit, although we felt it could use more coordination and context among the exhibits and memorials to help visitors gain a better understanding of the Pacific War front. And don't forget to visit nearby Luchenbach, where everybody's somebody!

Very clean and well maintained RV park. Restroom and bathroom were nice and clean and mostly private. The location was great, very close to everything! The park is also very shady for most of the sites. My only complaint is that many of the sites are too close together.

So glad we chose Oakwood RV Resort for our stay in Fredericksburg. The park is conveniently located to downtown and other attractions. Spaces are gravel and level, with most being shaded by huge oak trees. This park has the cleanest and well maintained bathrooms/showers we have seen. Amenities include a huge swimming pool, shuffleboard, a putting green, laundry room, and a large and small pet play area. They even pick up your bagged trash every morning. Friendly staff make your stay enjoyable. Oakwood will be our go to RV park from now on.

Great location just a few blocks from Main Street. We only stayed one night, so stayed in the more “economical” area. Close to the showers/bathroom/laundry. Not much shade, but we would definitely stay again on the other side of the resort, more shaded. The fenced dog run was great! Only complaint was the sticker burrs that covered the electric/water post.
