They have just changed onership. It was not one week and they uped the rent! I have not seen any adamitys they offered, The roads are in poor or non-existent.There is tooo much pateton place going on,so if you need a place to park your what ever and do nothing this is place where no one Will know you have died :-)

This place is awesome.....The manager was very kind as was the maintenance man very very helpful...All the residents are very kind people.. A great place to walk around for excercise.. A nice place for pets to potty..Place is very clean...

Stayed here on vacation over Christmas several years. Mostly year round and seasonal residents although very friendly to vacationers like ourselves. Not fancy, but clean and quiet and inexpensive. Have all the basics: full hookups, coin laundry. Great location for biking the paved Withlacoochee State Trail, near the midpoint of the trail. Nearby mountain biking in the Croom area of the Withlacoochee State Forest.
