We stopped at Oasis for an overnight stay traveling through to Arizona. The owner was very pleasant, met us to drive us right into our sight. It appears upgrades are being done, we did not look at any of the amenities as we didn't need them for the night. It is rock and sand, but level all over. The water, electric and sewer were easy access. The freeway is close by, for easy on/off and the noise was there, but didn't interrupt a good night's sleep. Surrounded by mountains for a beautiful view. It is a small Texas town, with small town eccentric charm. This is a Passport America sight, perfect overnight stop with the right price.

We chose this park for an overnight stay so my review is based on that premise. It was a great little park for overnight or even a few days to rest up. It has very easy access to the park and the sites within the park. It is located between Interstate 10 and Business Interstate 10. The freeway was not far so there is a small amount of freeway noise but it did not bother us at all. The hookups were in good condition and conveniently located. The whole park is dirt and gravel so it might be a bit dusty if there is a lot of wind but it was fine for our stay. It is a Passport American park and you really can’t beat it for the price.

I met the new owner today and he is working hard to bring this little rv park to life again the camp spaces have fresh gravel and very level. The front is very clean. He is working on the apartments and laundry room. He just fixed lady’s bathroom and painted it Pink for us. There is a shower in the bathroom and a small heater for privacy. The price is great and complete hookups, internet for streaming your favorite movies. Pets are welcome. There is minimal-noise from the freeway and the trains the park located between them. Easy access to the freeway from the park.Passport America is accepted as-well as cash. A little hamburger stand across the street that is open Thursday through Sunday 5-9 so great for a quick dinner the burgers are all 8 oz and made daily in the kitchen Texas fries are great and even fried pickles. Great place to consider for an over night stay or a week’s stay.

This RV Park is a Passport America campground and we stayed there for the night. I feel sorry for the town people because it is a dying town because I-10 has a bypass now in Van Horn, TX. But Oasis RV Park was available and turned out to be a great stop. I have to admit it sets between I-10 and the train tracks but if they don’t bother you, I would this RV park over all the others. The owner met us and showed us where to park. Thank you Oasis!

Met the new owner as we came in today. It's a pretty basic RV park, but many improvements are being made. Sites are easy to navigate, and it's an easy on and off the highway. There is some road and train noise ... but that's expected this close to any highway or train 😆 & it's affordably priced. I wouldn't say it's a 5 star park, but the lots is nice gravel and the customer service is fantastic! I feel like this little park will be a place we visit again as we travel through Texas.

Not fancy. Good overnight stay. Stores close by if needed. Easy on, easy off. Be prepared for lots of train whistles over night.
