Ocean Breeze like every other visit scores 100% is all areas of Customer service. We lived it so much we fianlly bought a house. We came for a weekend 8yrs ago & now we are staying forever. This is hands down the cleanest most professionally run resort we have ever stayed at. From the office staff to the grounds keepers everyone is so friendly. We called it Paradise the first day we arrived & we still do now. TY for helping us build an amazing life.

⭐ Review of Ocean Breeze Resort by Sun Outdoors – Jensen Beach My family and I have stayed at several Sun Outdoors locations over the years and always had a great time — until now. We booked Ocean Breeze Resort in Jensen Beach almost a year in advance based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was the complete opposite of what we expected. The property itself was clean, and so were the restrooms, but the staff completely ruined our stay. We were a group of 12 across two RV spots, celebrating a birthday. We also had four additional guests visiting for the day — something we confirmed with the front desk before arrival, and were told it would be no problem and that we could purchase extra wristbands as needed. However, the moment we went to the pool, a staff member (who refused to give his name) rudely approached us and demanded that every single person wear a wristband — which we had already tried to arrange ahead of time. Instead of helping, he continued to be disrespectful and confrontational with our family. We went to the front office to resolve it. The man at the desk pretended to call his manager, then came back saying the only way to get extra wristbands was to rent a third RV spot — so we did, just to avoid further issues. But even after that, the same staff member returned to the pool and continued to harass our group — especially the kids — over small, unnecessary things, even though parents were right there supervising. At this point, it felt like targeted harassment and discrimination, especially since we were the only ones in the pool. We even called corporate to report it, but nothing was done. Another staff member replaced the first, and the treatment continued. It was so toxic and unpleasant that we checked out a full day early just to get away from the negative environment. Final Thoughts ✅ Clean campground and restrooms ❌ Extremely rude and unprofessional staff ❌ Not family-friendly despite being advertised as such ❌ Zero effort made to create a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere If you're looking for a quiet place to simply park and sleep, maybe this place works. But if you're looking for a fun, family-friendly location to enjoy your vacation — this is not the place. Unless Sun Outdoors retrains their staff and reevaluates what “hospitality” means, I would not recommend staying here.

I have been coming here for a few years already and every time we notice the service only declines. We come over on our rv. The actual place is nive but management only makes it difficult to have a good time. This is a community where many owners live and they treat you like you arr invading their home. When your in the pool, theres an employee asking to see your wristband which in 1 day asked us about 10 times. There was only about 20 people in the pool so he indeed knew we had them. Any time our kids lifted a finger it was a problem with him. It even got to the point where we had an encounter with him and asked for security. I saw them hours later have multiple encounters with different people. Some of the bathrooms were also out of order and nothing to do other than being in your camper or pool. I will no lomger be coming here and i will continue to spread the word arount thw camling community as we are not welcomed here!

Loved the place. Sites are well maintained. Cement with a picnic table and gas grill. Pool is gorgeous. Dog park and dog wash so nice. Quick drive to the beach. Walton Rocks beach is off leash for the dogs . Beautiful drive there. There is a train runs behind the park, but it really did not bother us. Surprised us at first . We would love to come back!

One of the nicest RV resorts we've ever been to. Beautiful Resort like pool with an open-air bar called the Cabana Cafe. The food was fantastic, the beer was ice cold, The Rum Runners were incredible, and Richie was fantastic. The sites were impeccably clean and spacious, and they each came with their own barbecue grill. Not even a block away from downtown Jensen Beach IE Mulligan's, Lures Etc. Did I mention they have 2 pickleball courts? The main building attached to the pool has a really nice gym with incredibly clean bathrooms, showers and a sauna. All impeccably kept. We will be back.
