I lived here for 7 years. Started off god awful. A deadbeat named Don ran the place- poorly. Rent was $450 a month, but you had tweekers living there. New owners came and purchased the place I believe in 2023 and the place is night and day different. You can bring your family here with your children and feel happy after you left. Rent is now $650 per month, but it’s 100% worth it. Sharon is super cool and a delight to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Great place to live. Park is looking good. It took time, and a lot of hard work. I enjoy living here and helping where and when I can. It has taken a dew years to get the park better looking and a lot safer, they try to keep the drug abusers out the best they can. I have been here 11 years and on our 3rd owners, We really like the new owners and the RV Park management my partner and Ihelp out our management keep things up and looking great. Its not been an easy task at times. We need our rules here. Iv read most of the views that people that wrote harsh against the rv park. Only the wrong doers are the one that start hate and miss content. Great Place to be. It may not be the ritz. But it cozy home. Close nitt community is all I want to live in.

The new owners are amazing! The roads are currently muddy but they spent a bunch of time last year fixing them up, I’m sure they will repair them after the winter. It feels a lot safer place since they implemented the new rental standards. There is a lovely new play ground and double dumpster.

This park has a very unprofessional mindset and only cares about the well being of the few “favorited” people in the park. They discriminate against me and my family because my parents work and my grandparent watch my siblings l. Recently they built a kids play ground but my siblings aren’t allowed to play on it and they want to make us move our trailer to the back because my sibling like playing in our yard. Long story short I do not recommend this park if you have kids and work a job
