Great place to stop and rest and close to several pull out sites Quiet except for the foghorn but it's not loud and you do get used to it, at least we did. We just showed up and they had dry camping available for $40 per night. Staff was very cordial and the experience was nice! We felt safe. We did not experience high winds. Stayed here in a 30 ft Class C, towing a jeep

Campground is clean and staff super friendly. Love where it sits and you can walk out to the water. Fog horn all night and day, like every 30 seconds. Got used to it second night 😊 lots of area to walk the dogs. Didn’t use any amenities. Close to lots of great beach views. Beautiful sunset each night.

Claire and Jason are Great managers! I am here for work and it’s now home away from home as a medical professional. We have been here a couple of months and the showers and bathrooms and laundry room are always well maintained. They cater to everyone professionals in the medical field, sport fisherman, and guides and the yurts are family friendly. We had friends that came to visit and the yurts were available here, when they weren’t available at Harris Beach so it’s a great option and very comparable. This isn’t a very far distance from Secret Beach and all the other great hiking spots between here in Brookings. Wish we would’ve known about the yurts years ago because we could never get in at Harris Beach unless you plan a year in advance. We would stay here again. There’s a huge 1 mile dog friendly jetty if you need to walk your dog and you can’t beat the views. Lots of driftwood on the beach right by the park within close walking distance, I would bring elderly family here and it is also great for children as well. The only con is you need to bring your own Internet if you’re doing schoolwork or remote work.

I stayed at this park in July this year. It was a nice surprise. Years earlier my friend I stayed there for a couple days. It was nice but needed some care. The is now grown and is clean and you can tell well taken care of. They escort you to your spot. They ask what kind of spot do you prefer and do their best to match what you like, The managers are super friendly and helpful. It is just a short walk to the beach. Great place. I will go there again.
