Nice size campsites that are strategically place so have more privacy. Nice trails and beautiful beach views. White squirrels and deer!

Beautiful park that is well maintained. Campground is for only 30 campers and no giant ones fit so it was a nice weekend. There is NOTHING close by though so come prepared with food and gas

Great little State Park, 30 campsites with electric and city water at each site. Hit the dump station on the way in and out, just a 100 ft south of the ranger station. You have fishing, three trails to hike or ride your bike. Day use area has pavilions, grills, swimming hole, restrooms and outdoor shower to wash off. Boat ramp and canoe/kayak ramp available, as is a primitive camping area for groups that has port-a-potty and outdoor showers.. Dollar general is only a couple miles away, Walmart, Publix and Aldi's 22 miles away in Crawfordville... Great team takes care of the park, always friendly and happy to help out. You'll like it here!

Love staying at Ochlockonee River State Park. The park has recently updated the roads and the bathrooms were clean and very functional. We brought our boat this time and the ramp was easy and provided a spot to keep our boat parked. If you can get on the water, it’s well worth the effort regardless of watercraft type. Well behaved dogs are welcome and we saw a couple (along with ours). Park was quiet at night except for an eager whippoorwill.

This park looks well maintained, its streets are like new, clean, the forests are green and beautiful, the river had several fishing boats, the campground is small and natural, within the trees, the boy at the entrance was very attentive and helpful, the bathrooms are old and need to be remodeled, there are not many activities to do here, but it is very quiet, in general, the park is good.

This is more of a sit back and chill campsite. There are some trails within the park, but it is so easy just to kick back and enjoy the views. I have no doubt that if this park wasn't so secluded, it would be way more popular. We enjoyed spotting the white squirrel, finding deer on morning and night hikes, walks along the river, and listening for the coyotes as we fell asleep.

My husband and I camped with our three dogs and travel trailer here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The park was beautiful, with clean amenities and amazing walking trails. It is remote and feels secluded, even when the campground was full. We have stayed at a lot of places in FL and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back. Ps, if you stay in site 13, be mindful of parking. There are a lot of trees, which adds to the appeal of the site, but makes parking tricky. We had a fun time getting our 21ft trailer backed in.. hint: turn around like you are going to leave out the one way entrance and back in that way :-).

Really neat little camping area. Filled with beautiful live oaks, situated on the river with lots of hiking trails. Cam sites are a little tight for large campers—hence 4 vs 5 stars. Also, caught a glimpse of white squirrels—unique to this area!
