KOA software was not accepting my password so I scanned the barcode on the software and I didn't notice that it switched me to this KOA. There was no way to immediately cancel the reservation made on the 9th of January, and I didn't get a response back from them until yesterday the 4th of February. I even tried contacting Corporate KOA, and they couldn't help cancel this and now they are saying they are charging me 20 dollars, this is horrible customer service and I will not be renewing my KOA membership next year!!!!

This one's over a year late. In September of 2024, we did a 'cross country' RV road trip to visit the kids in Kentucky and Tennessee. We did our best to only stay at KOA's which made for a fabulous trip. Even though most we're only one night stays, we really enjoyed the visits. Ogallala was great and we plan to make another trip next summer and stay at Ogallala Tri Trails.

This is a facility that has great hookups and wifi. There are some spots that may be pretty but the one we were given was the ugliest site we have ever stayed at. We were only staying one night on our way to dodge city but if I was staying longer I would want a prettier place to stay. Solid white gravel parking with no grass and a view of a solar farm.

This KOA is very clean and well maintained. Each lot is set up to be user friendly and useful. The lots are nearly level. The water, electric, and sewer are located in perfectly for each camp site. This facility has a 24 hour washer/dryer available along with a nice pool. Some sites have a cement patio with built in fire pit. There also is a patio table and chairs for use. Our site included a gas grill that was very clean. Some sites have privacy fences along with dog fences. Overall a very nice campground.

We recently stayed at the Ogallala / Tri-Trails KOA on our way east and were very pleased with the experience. This campground is a quiet, well-managed stopover that sits conveniently just off the highway, making it a perfect rest point for road travelers. The park was clean and orderly, with level sites and easy access. Despite its proximity to the highway, it was surprisingly peaceful at night, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep before continuing our journey. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the grounds were well maintained throughout. We’ll definitely keep this KOA on our list for future travels. Highly recommended.
