If you don't mind driving some winding country roads where "just around the corner" means a 20 minute drive to your next landmark, then Old Mill Camp at Cummins Falls State Park is perfect for you. The campground is tucked away but directly across the from the state park entrance. It is small enough to be quiet but big enough to provide nice amenities like level spots, nice fire rings and picnic tables. The camp store is quaint and they serve ice-cream! The grounds are clean and the bath house is vry nice and clean. The showers are private rooms. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there. My only suggestion would be to have a campground host site in the event a guest needs help with after hour check-in or anything else. There was a family emergency for the owners while we were there and another guest could not get ahold of anyone by phone. We happened to assist them by talking to other guests who had stayed previously and knew what the after-hour check-in proceedures were. It all worked out. Thumbs-up from me!

We enjoyed the cute little cabin. The firepit and path was cute. The bathrooms and showers were very nice. Right across from Cummings falls. My only complaints are the grill was tiny and their were yellow jackets everywhere. They never stung us as long as we threw a decoy hot dog several feet away. They paid more attention to the hot dog than us. Ha.

Nice campground, full hook ups, gravel spots , mostly level. Some spots are pull thru and others are back in. Some (ours #17) had partial shade. The place is clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers are clean. The camp store is nice with drinks and snacks as well as ice cream and souvenirs. It’s across the street from Cummins Falls State Park.

Thank you Old Mill Camp & General Store for a wonderful 6 days stay! We loved everything from the beautiful campground, very clean bath house, quiet country living atmosphere, the convenience of the beautiful general store and the down home hospitality! We literally felt like we were at "home" during our entire stay ❤️ The ladies running the general store are simply fine folks, super helpful with local favorites and literally make you feel at home. We highly recommend this campground and so hope to return in the future! 6 days wasnt long enough!!! And don't forget to hike the falls....Gods creation is beautiful! Andddd while at Old Mill Camp, definitely stop by the general store and order the chicken salad sandwich and your favorite flavor of ice cream (highly recommend the coffee ice cream 😋)...you will thank me later ;)

We loved Old Mill Campground! The sites were very spaced out so you weren't right in top of your neighbors. The sites were level and well maintained. The campground and each site was landscaped! Very pretty, unique decorations. The bath house was amazing! The bathroom was separate from 4 big individual showers. Everything was very clean! They have a nice camp store as well. The location is perfect. There are multiple state parks within an hour or less drive with beautiful hikes. Cummins state park is directly across the street. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
