An absolutely horrible company. We had to cancel our 3 day stay at the last minute the day we were supposed to arrive. We called early afternoon and they totally refused to give us any refund at all even though their website says 50% We have been traveling for 4 years and this is the first time that someone has refused to give us any refund at all Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE !!!!
