First time customers. Location is convenient and easy to access. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Roadways are a mix of gravel and dust/dirt. Likely would be quite muddy, if wet. About three quarters of the sites seem to be long term residents. Sites are level, gravel pads with reasonable space between them. Utilities worked as expected. We did not use the WiFi. Employees were not available when we checked in at 2:30’ish. Hours on the door stated 9:00am to 11:00am. The next morning we waited until 9:30 am to pay our bill, but no one showed up. We departed and called later to take care of the bill. Note, location is very close to an active train track and the interstate. Both are quite loud. You may need earplugs or a noise maker, if you are a light sleeper. Overall, an ok stop over, if you are passing through.

The park was located right off the highway. It was a smallish park but the sites were kept neat even around those who were there ling term. The sites were gravel and somewhat level. Their laundry and bathroom facilities were clean - a little dated, but generally okay. The pool however was atrocious! It look like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed! Sand, dead bugs and leaves littered the pool not to mention the rust stains around the edge of the pool. Nasty 🤮 with the exception of the pool - the place is okay for an overnight stay.

Great place for an overnight stop. Easy in and out. Small dog park, but was great for dogs to stretch their legs and play a little ball. Grass at the sites is full of burrs. Luckily they were still soft when we stayed.

Conveniently located a short distance from the highway but was quiet and dark. The park was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, the lot was level, the price was fair, and all hookups worked. I’d definitely stay here again.
