What a hidden gem this park is. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We are full-time RV snowbirds from Ontario, Canada who grew up in Manhattan Beach. We travel coast to coast yearly and recognize a good park when we are in one. This is our first winter in CA since the virus hit and we plan to be back to this park in the winter to visit family and friends - Vista is a convenient home base. We were staying here 2 nights and have now extended our stay another 2 nights. Thank you OARR Staff - By JOnTariO

Fantastic place. I suspect any prior negative reviews were under old management that has been recently replaced. The current leadership and crew are stellar. The grounds are already nice with quality accommodations but as I write this they're making further improvements. Pretty neat to watch it unfold and wish we could stay longer to benefit from them. New picnic tables with onboard coolers, new stone work at each RV site, privacy screens going up. Very cool to see the folks working on it excited and engaged in making the place so nice for visitors. Would stay again if we're in the area.

What a nice, clean park. There was traffic noise, but not that bad. Easy to park, with concrete lots. There are 2 gas stations a block away if you need anything. We were greeted by the friendly host right next to our spot as we were getting ready to park We had a little problem with our next reservation at the next park where we were destined to go, and they graciously allowed us stay for 2 hours past checkout time. It's a lovely place to stay, and, if we're in the area on the future, we will park there again.

Very loud road noise and had to call 911 on a disturbance. Not a safe place to stay! I hope the women is okay and I won’t stay here again.

The WORST, most unfriendly, and cold RV Park I have ever stayed in. They provide tall wooden blocks to every site, as the park is on a slant and the rows of identical packed-in 5th-wheels and 3/4 ton trucks, made me feel like I was staying in a storage yard. No globe lights, red checker table clothes, splashing in the pool, BBQs, or happy conversations outside and ESPECIALLY NO PETS. Traveling with an 8-year-old Italian Mastiff and an 8-week old English Bulldog puppy, I was reprimanded for having them outside (mastiff on a leash and the puppy in her crate), while I was loading the car. Despite what the rules & regulations stated, neither was allowed to be outside if I was inside working (with the doors and windows open). The dog park is a 10 x 10 bed of rocks, while other parts of the park have marked restrictions (due to 'landscaping'). The staff was downright rude, borderline disrespectful and I would have canceled my pricey week-long stay after the first night, but their restrictive 'policies' would have provided no refund and added a fee for cancellation. DON'T DO IT... the sheer and utter lack of caring and indifference from this park, not only shows through with their grounds but also with the fact that this bad review (as well as many others) will get no response from any 'concerned party'.

Nice place. Concrete pad camp sites. All dirt around concrete which made for a lot of mud after the rain. Dog area had rocks - really?
