As others have written, negative reviews are reflected from individuals that were probably booted from here. Olive Avenue is a well run, convenient location and super quiet. Mix of long and short term guests. We stayed for two months while we improving our home. Highly recommend!

The location is good, the families around that are long term are all amazing. Amenities ok, pool was freezing and jacuzzi has been closed for weeks. The management is terrible. It is almost as if he is bipolar or a complete alcoholic. Days he can been approachable. But almost every evening he’s been a mean drunk. Witnessed him yelling at another guest telling them to go inside and stick to your rented spot. Told the other neighbor that they should be self sufficient using their own trailer restroom not the clubhouse. It’s appalling what we’ve witnessed the last month.

I stayed for 5 months I think when working down in San Diego. The staff is awesome and they vet the people coming in so if you are not a good person then I understand the low ratings idiots. The grounds are kept clean and there is ample space between slots with plenty of trees for shade as well. It’s safe family friendly place even though I don’t have kids. They are constantly upgrading things throughout. I will have another large job next year in SD and this is my first choice. Thanks Guys and I look forward to coming back down from the B-hole that is LA

I've been to this location twice and both times didn't disappoint. The location is not too close to the freeway that you hear the traffic, but close enough you don't have to drive on small roads with your RV or trailer. Office staff is very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Nice concrete pads, good spacing between lots, pool was amazing (both clean & warm). The RV Resort was very clean and I noticed they were making new benches.

Love this place its close to if you want to have dinner somewhere. Or you can jump on the sprinter if you don't want to drive like me. Starbucks Coffee shop close by. Chipotle Mexican food and movie theater. Epic Wings

This RV park is a gem! It has a neighborhood feel, is close to the beach, and is clean. The park is well maintained and alot of work has been put into it to keep it nice and update it. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly, helpful, and put alot of work into keeping the park atmosphere great. We only left due to a job change, we miss this park and couldn’t recommend it more!

A gem with casual positive vibe. We just finished 3 weeks of boondocking and were happy to escape the crowded 4th of July chaos of South Carlsbad campground. Easy to access, staff was friendly and helpful. Kids were playing outside but supervised by parents. Trees between each site created some privacy. Laundry room and showers were clean & worked well. Longer term section had multiple gardens with flowers and vegetables in pots, one or two places needed a weed wacker. We did use the provided ramps to level our RV as most sites were slanted.

We had a great stay! The park was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and sites were good size. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something in that area.

What a hidden gem this park is. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We are full-time RV snowbirds from Ontario, Canada who grew up in Manhattan Beach. We travel coast to coast yearly and recognize a good park when we are in one. This is our first winter in CA since the virus hit and we plan to be back to this park in the winter to visit family and friends - Vista is a convenient home base. We were staying here 2 nights and have now extended our stay another 2 nights. Thank you OARR Staff - By JOnTariO

Fantastic place. I suspect any prior negative reviews were under old management that has been recently replaced. The current leadership and crew are stellar. The grounds are already nice with quality accommodations but as I write this they're making further improvements. Pretty neat to watch it unfold and wish we could stay longer to benefit from them. New picnic tables with onboard coolers, new stone work at each RV site, privacy screens going up. Very cool to see the folks working on it excited and engaged in making the place so nice for visitors. Would stay again if we're in the area.

What a nice, clean park. There was traffic noise, but not that bad. Easy to park, with concrete lots. There are 2 gas stations a block away if you need anything. We were greeted by the friendly host right next to our spot as we were getting ready to park We had a little problem with our next reservation at the next park where we were destined to go, and they graciously allowed us stay for 2 hours past checkout time. It's a lovely place to stay, and, if we're in the area on the future, we will park there again.
