Ashley Harris does an excellent job of coordinating events. She has awesome customer service skills. She always has a smile on her face. And is very friendly. Highly recommended checking this place out.

The location is optimal. It is on the safer side and is peaceful. The walking trails are what sold us but the spots are tight, they aren’t level and the pine sap about made us sappy- jk, but it was a hinderance. Some of the guys in the office need to remove the stick but the others are friendly and helpful. Management does not communicate nor are they on site frequently but maintenance is always friendly and helpful. If you aren’t in the clique you don’t know about any events. They did try to keep us from leaving on Halloween bc of a park trick or treat with no notice, which was absurd to say the least. With electric you’re looking at $1100 a month.

Like camping in a narrow driveway. For just under $90/night it's insane. We booked/paid in full 6 mos in advance for this?! Been coming here 4x/yr for many years. Grandkids are right up the road. Place is well lit for entry, super expansive playground area. We'd always gotten good sites until this year, this time we learned why & its a deal breaker. We've opted for membership at Thousand Trails & won't be returning to Olive Branch. The only sites available at all for nightly rental for a weekend stay are these awful narrow pull through spots. All others are designated for seasonal and monthly. They seem to be quite full so it seems others dont mind. We do when the space we're relegated to is no space at all. Nice neighbor, couldn't help it anymore than we could but check out how our so called spot was occupied by neighbor's hook ups [1st pic; 2nd is in the hours before we had a neighbor yet & it was already clear we had no space] The shoulder of a road is damn near a better accommodation. Such a shame it's our cozy weekend visit spot no more. They're not for the short stay folks anymore. Unless you really just want a crazy-cramped place to literally only park and dont need to tie out your dog, cook or set up to relax outside at all. The sites we've loved in prior stays are no longer ever options & any in the solitary row of their worst sites is not worth the expense. Thousand Trails is less per night even without a membership. We'll only miss Olive Branch for the way they were, not as they are now. Farewell.

This was just a quick one night stay, but the campground was very nice! It was a park like setting with large campsites. Convenient to the interstate, but very quiet. Highly recommend!

Laundry room lights needing repair. Door knob on Laundry door needs replacing, won't release all the time. Laundry machines worked well. Staff was pleasant. Soda machine outside of Laundry appears to be empty. Electrical 30 amp has low voltage in afternoon. Causes surge protector to trip. Campground is clean.

Super quiet and beautiful camp ground! Convenient right off 71 close to state parks and lakes. Lots to do around here within a minimal drive. The campground is beautiful and well maintained. Ashley at the office is awesome and so helpful!

RV life can be stressful, but they understand the life of camping here. On site manager Ashley Harris is great at her job, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful!! Have been here a few months already and plan on staying through summer maybe longer. Ashley plans great activities planned at the community building for kids, lots of games/activities! Daughter loves the park, the pool, and friends she meets!

Such a beautiful campground with lots to do for the kids.. Large playground with multiple pieces to play on, basketball court with balls and gaga pit, awesome stocked (catch and release)pond with a cool fountain, maintained and clean pool with plenty of seating. Bags of ice available for purchase and propane to fill your tanks! The maintenance team and staff are all super kind and always willing to help, they really are amazing people! Camp store on site for anything you might need for your rig. Very grateful to have found this place and stay here, everything is as it should be! Bonus is there are also showers and a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers as well!

This place is excellent. It's set off the road behind a wooded area where they've cleared a nice walking path. It's centrally located to several places you want to check out: Fort Ancient, Kings Island, Caesar Lake, Cowan Lake, the Renaissance Festival. They made checking in as easy as it can be through their website. Then the paperwork is waiting for you when you get there. The campground is very clean and quite. The lots are comfortably sized so you're not on top of one another. It's designed well, we had no issues backing into our lot. The full hookups worked and they have propane on site if you need it. The extra amenities such as a laundry room and the playground are just a bonus. Everthing is well maintained. They went the extra mile and decorated for the season. We will stay here again, it's a very nice campground.

Small, pretty campground with shady sites, mostly level. Beautiful tall trees, gravel pads and good utilities. Clean bathrooms and shower. Laundry machines worked ok. Very quiet even though only a short distance to highway. Not much in the little store but firewood and ice is available. Easy access to highway. Nice open field for kids to romp with some well maintained playground equipment. Cute fishing pond and beautiful but short trail. Overall a very good value.

Such a pretty peaceful campground just 1/4 mile off I-75! Very clean, with a lot of green space and a pretty pond with a fountain. Many campsites are wooded. We had no trouble navigating the roads with our 45-foot coach. Today was our third visit. On previous visits we enjoyed riding our bikes to the nearby dedicatee bike trail. We also enjoyed renting a kayak nearby. The owners take pride in their resort, and it shows!

I have been loving my stay here! Full hook-up at each site, wonderful amenities, and VERY well kept. I've been to some awful camp sites, and when you roll in, you just know it's going to be rough, but that's the opposite of coming here. The gravel road takes you to the front office where the friendly staff are happy to greet you. They have a beautiful playground for the kids, a pool, and will even deliver firewood to your site. I especially love that it's just off the highway, but far enough to be peaceful. Even our fellow campers have been very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

This is an awesome rv campground. We came in from South Carolina to visit family and did our reservations by phone. The staff was super helpful from our first conversation till we checked out. The pool kept the kids occupied and the walking trails are really nice. Most sites are very well shaded. Sites have picnic tables as well as fire rings to help make lasting memories with your family or friends. The bathhouse is clean, well lit and not far from any of the campsites. This is a convenient location as it's less than a mile off of the interstate and not a long drive to stores of Kings Island. To the staff thank you all for being friendly and helpful.
