Friendly host and a relaxing site by the lake. Great biking, running trail around the lake. Seems like it's often breezy here which is great during humid months. Showers and restrooms were clean. Water is available to fill your tank on entry and only electric at some sites. We will be back!

We stayed here on the way to Mt. Rushmore and then again on the way home! The price was only $35/night, and the location is perfect! Just off I-90 and next to a lake! Very peaceful, quiet campground. RV spaces are wide and easy to get into. The fire pits are great, too. Staff was friendly.

Nice area, clean bathroom with hot showers too. Lovely lady checked us in and gave us some advice on the local area. We did the walk around the lake, about 8km all flat plants of shade, we would definitely recommend doing this walk. I would also recommend upgrading to a lake veiw, we stayed in a normal tent spot which was beautiful in the daytime however at night there was a lot of noise from the road and as a light sleeper this kept me up (my partner slept well all night) This is the only reason for giving it four stars and not five stars.

Stayed here in mid-July. City campground tucked into one of the nine public parks around Olson Lake. Shaded by mature trees with a breeze off the water. Level site, super clean bathouse with free showers. Loved the paved 5+ mile bike/walk trail around the lake. Play parks for kids. Dog friendly. Worthington is a very tidy town. Manicured lawns, pretty gardens. Shopping nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful little city campground. Right on the lake and had lots of shade with mature trees. The sites are pretty level and plentiful. We were able to find a spot on a Friday evening in the summer with no reservation. All of the sites are 50 amp and there are water spigots for filling and a dump station. There is a playground and a bath house and a pavilion available. The woman working the check in is very friendly.

Campgrounds in decent shape. If you’re staying in a tent camp elsewhere though. They put the tent sites right next to the highway and the amount of trucks passing all night long was very high. They need a fence or some kind of sound barrier. Would not stay here again because of the noise.

Beautiful lake setting. Only electric at the site though so be prepared. Would stop again when traveling through southern MN on 90.

Real camping! No water or sewer at the sites. There are about 63 electric sites. Nice restroom and shower.
