On the Saco Family Campground

What a wonderful family ran camp ground! Everyone was so nice, loved the privacy of the sites. The river looks wonderful to float down on. The whole campground was very clean and well taken care of. We’re from Michigan heading back home wish we had more time to send there!

( Jason and Tori ) they are very excellent camp owners excellent house, hospitality and there team excellent workers and extremely polite they keep the campground, very clean and neat and provide activities for the children there is also a game room on campground laundry station, and a kitchen station. With my experience here, I was welcomed as a camp member family the treat you like family. you’ll just have I can talk about all the good things that Jason and Tori provide. The list would go on on how polite and house welcoming they are all I can say it was a wonderful visit and will be coming back consistently every year. all I ask. from anyone that reads this review in the respect of the campground and Jason and Tori please clean up before leaving your site as a way to say, thank you I love this place…. small message to Jason and Tori thank you. It is wonderful being here. I am a level six reviewer your readings will go up. look forward to seeing you when I come back up.

First family campground experience and couldn't ask for a more amazing experience. Jason and Tori are amazing people. So kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The campground is so clean and the people staying here are all very nice. So many weekend activities are provided for the kids and adults. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights and we had an amazing time! Jason and Tori, the family who runs the campground, were very sweet and always were keeping an eye on the campground. At least one of them is there nearly all times as they live on the campground alongside the campers and we felt very safe, even though it was my friend's first time camping. The campgrounds are very friendly to families with kids and there were plenty of kids running around. The nights are also quiet and sleeping was easy (when the weather was good :) ) We didn't use the water services like tubing and kayaking since we used the campsite more as a homebase to drive around and explore the area, but we did see several others enjoy them. The facilities are great. The main office has three coin-operated showers that were open 24/7 and always in good condition, as well as bathrooms. The showers were our main reason for choosing this campground and we weren't disappointed by any means. They also run a store with a selection of camping-related items in case you've forgotten anything. Highly recommend visiting this campsite. Our bar is very high now!

We love On the Saco Campground and the new owners! I stayed at this campground with the previous ownership before years ago with not the best experience, but in the last couple summers my boyfriend and I decided to check it out again and it has been nothing but amazing! Perfect little campground close by for us, they really take pride in keeping the campground beautiful, family friendly and they take the time to get to know the people that are staying with them. It’s not often you find such friendly personable owners who are right there involved with it all! They also did an amazing job helping with the cleanup of the Saco River and we were able to take a nice peaceful kayak to begin the summer after not being able to do it last year! Thank you so much for being such awesome hosts! Tori and Jason are LIT! We will be back! (:

The owners are extremely kind, and keep the campground incredibly clean. Each site you have plenty of privacy, as well as a lot of room. We thought we would switch it up from going to our usual campground, and we made a very good choice! We will definitely come back here, it was a beautiful campground with amazing owners.

A great family campground with full hook-ups and tent sites. Good size tent sites are surrounded by trees. There is tubing down the river available. The hosts are terrific and there are activities going on. Corn Hole tournaments are a fun time. Love this campground!

Jason, Tori and staff are amazing! They really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We stayed for just under 2 months in a couple of different RV sites. They were very flexible and patient with us as we figured out our next move. The grounds are greatly kept and everything else is kept very clean. They have a game room, dish washing station, place to do laundry, showers and bathrooms. Great kids play area with swings, slides and sandbox! They do tube and canoe rentals too! The office sells a good amount of different things you would need to be well equipped to camp, whether it's in your RV or tent. The staff is all friendly and so are the campers. They hosted activities on the weekends that are fun for all ages. If you are looking for a great atmosphere and amazing service go check them out! We really appreciated their hospitality!! They are absolutely amazing!! Would rate more than five stars!
