Great park with beautiful views. Looks like a great park for camping or glamping!

We tent camped here for 5 nights and used it as the base camp to hike and fish. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. This modern and clean shower house made our stay extra enjoyable. Our lakefront site was picture perfect. John, the manager, was super friendly and helpful. The sand beach was closed due to E. Coli. However, the picnic shelter is nice in case it rains. Most sites were taken by local seasonal RVs. Even though the campground seemed pretty full, there were very few people around during the week. We even saw a pair of bald eagles stationed on the top of a fir tree nearby. Will definitely stay again if we visit this area in the future. Note - each site has a fire ring. However no grill is attached to the ring. This is the only thing missing from this campground. We used the grill at the picnic shelter area but it is not designed for firewood.

Mosquitos! If it weren't for the mosquitos, this would've been a fine campground. But the mosquitos were horrendous. Covered our trailer and somehow got in. So many of them that our kids woke up crying at 3am because they were being eaten alive. We didn't sleep after that, too busy killing 100s of mosquitos. They need to set up some bat boxes or something to control the mosquito population.

What a sweet campground! It is so beautiful here. The camp posts are so nice. There’s no downside to this! Waking up looking at the beautiful lake is priceless.

Such a friendly and clean place to camp. The grounds were very well kept and updated daily. Grounds keepers made their rounds to check on campers and offer advice, help, or just friendly conversation. This campground is a true gem. The locals that frequent the grounds were very friendly and offered great advice for seeing the sights. I would highly recommend this campground.

This place is so nice, it is well cared for and there is always someone on grounds if there is an issues. John and his staff are amazing at taking care of this park! The bathrooms are spotless!!!
