It's been a couple years since we got new owners and ever since then rent has gone up a lot. And they added more things that we have to pay. Right now we have to pay their property taxes. I don't think we should have to pay that. We already have to pay $50.00 a month for garbage and about $30.00 a month for sewage that should be added in the space rent. Space rent is very high. We use to have a party once a year now all we get is paying more money. I do have good neighbors. Manager is good. I have lived here for almost 14 years.

I do have some great things finally about this place despite mobile home #7 or 9 as the owner or renter of this property bad mouths everyone in the park accuses folks of hacking into her phone , lying to her probation officer while turning others in , she has ran over her husband, she has stolen from myself and others but her loud carrying on , her trouble starting needs to stop or I myself will call the new and improved owners.

My momma lives here. The people that live here all have so much love for one another. I never have to worry about my bike getting stolen if i leave it outside or anything like that. Ive always felt safe here. ❤

Garbage place to live. Managment have no clue how to do thier job. I would recomend AGAINST this place to anyone. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to be lied to countless times by the manager.
