We have spent summers at Orchard Ranch for several years. There are short and long term RV sites, park models, single and double wides. Residents are very friendly and lots of activities.

Great place for seniors. I'm a Contractor, we're building phase 1 and 2. We're currently working on phase 1 and things are going awesome. Once completed this will be an excellent community in Prescott Valley for seniors to live.
