Loretta and Eve in the office are Angles and will go above and beyond to assist you and they are very kind ..And Michelle is not in office much because she always working too hard ....all the staff is wonderful.... Loretta and Eve are exceptional...they me helped me many times

Orchard Ranch is a beautiful RV park for people over 55 years old. The bathrooms are clean. The pool and hot tub are being renovated in 2025. There are weekly and monthly activities, a woodworking area, workout area, and so much more. Whether you are here short term or long term, it’s a great place to stay!

Conveniently located before the traffic congestion in Prescott. Nicely maintained 55+ mobile home park with sites for transient travelers. Level sites, each with white fence as a divider and picnic table. Lower level is older with more trees, upper level is newer with fewer plantings. Felt very safe.

I am a happy resident at the Ranch! Very well managed office and manicured landscaping, new streets and currently upgrading water lines. A quiet and relaxed community with plenty of activities. Great stay/living

We are renting a park model for 4 months this summer. People are friendly, the lots are all well-kept, and staff is very helpful. Activities are posted.... Neat things to do, and not far from all the tourist destinations. If we still had our RV, we would definitely come here and stay awhile, but our rental is great.
