This is a modular home park. Possibly 55+. Not actually positive only came to visit a friend. Don't live in park but seems well kept. Gated entry and pool on ground I noticed. Clean and quiet at evening time. Relaxing today the least. Also a pond near entrance. Not sure the wildlife around wouldn't swim in the pond, wouldn't walk my small dog near it either. Always a good chance a Croc is in the waters. It's Florida we know this by now.

Seems like a nice little place. People are friendly and they're always doing something with the community every morning. It seems to be pancakes on the weekend

Never stayed there but I commend management and owners for not allowing barking. smelly dogs! Not everyone is a fan of them!.

These people are crazy with their rules. I would not recommend trying to purchase a place in this park. We provided proof of income of $300,000 a year and was going to purchase a home for my mother here and still they said she needed to make more than 4 times the amount of the lot rent. So we wound up purchasing a mobile home on the lot that we own. I suggest doing the same

A great park with the friendliest people you will ever meet! Lots of activities: pickle ball, putt putt, shuffle board, water volleyball, bingo, vespers, bands, food trucks, quilting, bowling and on and on!!! Heated pool and very clean and safe place to live! We bought a park trailer last year and look forward to being in the park as much as possible!!!
