The surrounding settings are beautiful and it is so quiet, you can always hear the birds. The RV park is not fancy, but you get the hookups you need for a night or two of rest, with a small general store nearby, and it is very secure. I use my own shower and toilet so I'm not sure about on site amenities. Make sure you have long hoses and cord. The park host lady may be the nicest person I have met this year... so sweet : ) This is mostly a full time home for some, but I enjoy meeting people, and every person I met was welcoming, helpful, friendly and kind... a good experience. Did I mention the natural beauty surrounding this place? Wow.

Doesnt Matter

The landlord never fixed anything for a year and a half. Even after code enforcement came twice And the tv news. Threw me out for complaining illegally. But let a guy who has been robbing a disabled old lady and leaving her without hot water for 6 months before COVID even started and owing him several thousand dollars after being busted by cops,aps, postmaster general and anyone else called stay there The septic backed up and there was a puddle for weeks that got my cat sick and children played around. Also watched Mel assault someone and did nothing and let him stay. Has raised rent an illegal amount on people who are already destitute and allows drug activity and theft on a regular basis. If motel unit is being rented or any other unit in the motel without proper repairs it is illegal and you can sue. Don’t go there , don’t take kids or pets there. Stay away from almost everyone who stays there. Also they pollute the redwood forest and the redwood creek the goes directly to the ocean.
