I did not visit the motel. I accessed the park. Lawn is maintained, restrooms available but I did not use them, picnic tables and small covered area available. Dog friendly with leash requirement and a boat launch area

Nice CG. Did have disturbance in nearby site in which police were called late at night. Packed on weekends as it's a popular place on beautiful lake.

7.18.25) I drop in whenever I'm in Oroville just to sit awhile and enjoy the park. I go up to the rodeo at Chesaw every 3rd (dance) and 4th of July (rodeo,) then down to Oroville to the lake to watch the fireworks displays around the park, some are private citizens some are larger displays put on by area interests. There is a kayak rental. A nice camping area. A nice cordoned off swimming area at lakeside. A boat ramp. Restroom area. Nice amount of room to play.

Great spot to camp with children. Not much for amenities in Oroville, but the park is ideal for a family stay. The beach is safe for kids.

An absolutely beautiful and well maintained park. Lots of lawn and large trees for shade. We didn’t visit the restroom facilities so I’m unable to comment on them. We would recommend this park and would come again.

Beautiful park, all kinds of trees. Big sites with tables, fire rings, grass. Clean, roomy restrooms and shower rooms. $26 for no hookups. Nice place to relax.

Nice and peaceful place during the week to absorb some sunshine, vitamin D and relax. Great place for a picnic, volleyball game, or a swim. You can also a rent a kayak and camp here for a fee. They also have paid showers to wash off the sand and all of the pollutants in the lake from boats and jet skis.

Really nice location. RV spots were nice and level. Park was well maintained with the exception of the restrooms / showers. No toilet paper in the women’s and not the cleanest of environments. They probably just need a good upgrade. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Kayaking in the river was really nice
