Very nice little RV Park. Very decent price. Locally owned by a very nice guy named Bill. It's easy to make reservations. Check-in was super easy. Just the spot we needed to visit Mesa Verde NP. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. We Stayed in spot #2.

We had such a fantastic stay at Outback RV! Bill is an incredibly gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. This is easily one of the nicest spots we’ve camped at and our spot came with a great view of Ute Mountain! We had a great time getting to know Bill and fellow campers. There are tons of bike and hiking trails a 5 minute walk up the road. Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients are about 15 minutes away. Durango is only 50 minutes and Telluride about 1.5 hours. We were able to see so much with this as our base camp! Can’t wait to come back again someday!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Bill!

Bill is a great host. Laid back style. His place is a big gravel lot with hand made gazebos surrounded by juniper trees. Neat and clean. No showers but price reflects that. Close to Mesa verde and canyon of the ancients natl mon. And town of Cortez. Would def stay here again. Fellow campers were terrific and we had a few fun nights around the campfire together.

A wonderful place to stay, very quiet with beautiful views of the country, country setting yet close to town and Mesa Verde National Park as well. Bill is a great guy. Enjoyed my stay. Recommend for sure and will definitely stay again. 👌 🇺🇲💯

I would give Outback 10 stars if needs. d. The hookups are new and perfect. The surface is one inch rocks. No mud, dirt or crushed rocks to track into your rv. The lots a humongous. Peacefully surrounded with trees and distant mountains. Gazebos with picnic table. No clubhouse, restrooms, or showers. Been full timing 11 years and this park is by far the best and the best fit us.

We really enjoyed our time at Outback RV Park, for a week in September 2021. Bill, the owner, is a great guy and helpful if you need anything. He can guide you to some great hiking trails if you ask. The park is clean and very well kept and handy to Cortez and Mesa Verde. Good quality power and water, no issues. When we were there the park was quiet, and it's also a great "dark sky" park where you can get some awesome night photos. I also appreciate that we could receive packages there as well. We highly recommend Outback RV Park.

MotoWest

I spent a couple weeks here in May and then came back in June for more. It's a perfect location. Very clean and several "palapas" to picnic in or relax. The horseshoe pits are well designed as well. Plenty of room for even the largest RV. Flat, gravel lot and trash cans are a bonus. I was only able to get 2 bars of Verizon, it was barely enough to stream. Regardless, it's a great spot with great owners and I will be back.

Highly recommend this hidden gem! Very quiet and clean. Bill is so friendly and welcoming. We were passing through Colorado and stayed here for just one night but wish we could have stayed longer. We had plenty of room in our lot for our 43ft 5th wheel and 14ft trailer. The area is surrounded by acres of land. Very peaceful!
