Tried twice to visit as potential owners. Turned away unless we take vacation time from work to go on a tour in the middle of the work day. Not all fulltimers are old. Bad, bad business model. We’ve wasted our time with a business turning away potential business.

Stellar RV Park with residents from the US and Canada for the winter season. Meticulous gardens, flowers, grass and challenging golf courses. Many pools and 24/7 security. Restaurant and LOTS of activities. A few lots for sale...great place to vacation with you RV or 5th wheeler.

Great location, all available necessary store/business services Absolutely fantastic amenities, great gym, clubhouse, pool services, beautifully manicured grounds and golf courses by the Team of Grounds Attendants. Top notch cleaning services by the Team of Cleaning Attendants. Best of all very friendly and welcoming ORPS owners and guests!! So looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!Cheers! I don't like the fact that the hot tub closes at 10:00 p.m. and you will get a fine if you go after that

Security is good and well mannered now that they fired Allied and hired their own staff. All employees are now very helpful. Management is responsive. You can buy your own lot where you own the land which is MUCH better than renting. However you can rent lots from individual owners as listed by the office or individually. Very pleasant place to stay

Nothing like having your own little home to live in comfort while utilizing the numerous facilities. Golf, pickleball, cornhole, entertainment, pools/hottubs, tennis, card games, the list goes on! Seriously, where can you stay with all this for about $120usd/night? You are living in a small city with a restaurant, beauty salon, meeting rooms, mailroom, again the list goes on. Most places have a golf cart so don’t need to use your car once you’re here. Only 7 min from airport.

Stayed 3 nights in our RV. From our location, the main road was hearable, sadly. But it wasn't terrible. If we stayed again, we'd make sure we were further from the road.bi enjoyed a quiet hot tub in the morning easy check in..

These are all privately owned but many owners rent their lots and or lot/rugs out. Also on website has rentals by agents. The resort is amazing and beautiful and 7 days a week activities are going on. There is a daily resort fee but everything is Included including 2 golf courses, pickleball tennis and 8 pools. A 5 star resort!

Heaven on Earth. There isn't one thing that I would change. Between golf, pickleball, tennis, dancing, parties, and the beautiful weather and sunsets there is nothing like it. It is not a Campground. It is an Resort/Country Club. There are no bouncy houses, swing sets, etc.. It is a very classy upscale community. Renters are always welcome.

In a good location, close to basically everything (walkable) on a main street (Ramon Rd.) In the middle of cathedral city. Newly hired security guards are usually ridiculously annoying. Mostly occupied with people who are retired and wealthy but tight, aged 60+, and white. Convienient store on sight is small/ limited and closes way too early. Fitness, golf, and other recreational/ common areas are nice and well kept and the many fruit trees around the property is definitely a plus.
