Nice quiet rv park , concrete driveway in, sites are on gravel and large , no problem with my 42 foot fifth wheel. 50 and 30 amp service , full hookups. 45 minutes from DFW

I stayed for a few days because I had friends in the area. What a fabulous park! It’s pretty new and everything worked great. The laundry room was nice and clean and so were the restrooms. And the managers Rebecca and Sam are fantastic. They came over in the morning when I was packing up to help me. Thank you so much Rebecca and Sam for being such wonderful hosts! Your kindness means a lot!!

I've stayed here 2 times with Miss Rebecca as the manager. Each time has been such an ease to check in and out, as well as have my questions answered very fast and my concerns figured out. If anything goes on, like a problem within the park regarding utilities, she's quick to let everyone know. The camper spaces are spacious so you're not on top of your neighbor and have plenty of room to park directly next to your camper. The dog park is a very good size for your small to large pups to play in! My dog loved it. Don't fret about it being right off of the highway! I stayed in a spot at the back of the park and a spot right at the entrance along the highway, I couldn't hear any cars or trucks going by unless my windows were open. This is my go to rv park whenever I get laid off of work in west texas, will definitely stay again!

Not personally associated, just very very happy with our stay: My family and I have stayed here once before and the second experience now was just as wonderful! They have a nicely sized dog park that my 3 approved of, free wifi that DOES work, a cute laundry and showers, and an amazing manager that runs this place with pride and the customer service that I myself strive for in my career. Baylee got us in last minute and worked closely with my dates and accommodations, never making us feel like burdens or asking too much. She is a real MVP! Spectacular experience and will definitely be back 🙌🏻 Looking forward to seeing Over the Hill RV continue to grow and be as successful as they deserve to be 💕

Super friendly and responsive staff (Baylee, I can't thank you enough), very accommodating, have a good sized dog park my dogs enjoyed running in (only feedback would be to ensure residents and guests are picking up after their dogs), reasonable prices, good internet strength - complete positive experience overall. Loved it, felt safe and easy to move around the park and lot. This will officially be our go-to rv park when in the area 🥰

We are long term staying here. The manager is a very nice young lady. The amenities are decent. Dog parks a huge plus! Haven’t had an issue with anyone not cleaning up dog poo so that’s absolutely amazing! The location was what we wanted and the view on a hillside with the stars at night is everything. Only complaints are as another has said a sprinkler in dog park which I’ve been told will be changed and no parking for the amenities building which is super weird. The amenities building is a cargo crate it’s pretty neat. I’m pleased with the chairs and sitting area as nice grassy areas provided, the gravel mentioned by others is not bad it compacts and since it is a new park expect it to compact and become more efficient they did a nice job on this one

Over The Hill was a beautiful RV park! Couple of things we wish were different: 1) concrete pads would be great, but understand there's extra cost involved with that. With the park being on a hill, it was a little difficult leveling our RV on the gravel. 2) LOVED that there is a dog park, which seems to be hard to find around; however, it was very inconvenient that the sprinkler system was IN the fenced area and would go off at random times and multiple times during the day. Just seemed that the dogs couldn't enjoy the whole area because it was wet all the time or the sprinkler was on. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I called. Also, the laundry and shower area was very nice and clean! Great price and we enjoyed our week long stay#
