The owners of this park are wonderful! We stayed here for a couple of months while we bought our house. Nora and Sam went out of their way to get us in the park and have been the best hosts! I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!

Good place to stay. Quiet. Hard to get out onto major roadway with rv if you are going North into Payson. Roadway is elevated. You may scrape the bottom rear of your rv making left turn. Must travel down 7% grade to Rye to turn around. It's an rv park.

This is a nice little RV park tucked away inside the pines It's quiet. The bathrooms are clean. But I travel in a 20-ft travel van and use 30 amp service I'm put in the smallest places possible I do not understand why I have to spend almost $60 a night. That is my number one thing about today's RV world is that the smaller units that don't take up the electricity that the larger ones do why we have to pay such a high price to park. The area that they gave me which was fine for my van but when you look at the fact it wasn't much wider than my van and not much deeper than my van and I paid $60 a night that is my only complaint. $40 a night for what we did what we were parked at and what we used.

Nora and Sam were very helpful host! Full hook ups available at your sight. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Short walk to nearby trails and short drive into town. Enjoyed our peaceful stay here and would love to stay again.
