Easy check in , reasonable prices & ample rv parking spaces. Quiet & close to freeway. Bathrooms are clean, showers are great with rainfall shower heads. Everything is well kept. Staff is pleasant, attentive & available. We have stayed there 3 times & will definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this facility. The guest lounge, bathrooms and laundry were immaculate. The spaces were large and level despite being gravel. It was so convenient just off of I-44. Reserving a space on line and the check in process was easy. What a great find after a long day on the road.

A real gem on Route 66! From the moment I called to reserve, I knew I found a jewel. They were accommodating for our later arrival which was the first note of hospitality. When we showed up, we were greeted happily and engaged in a good conversation and shown our site, which is perfectly level. we were fortunate enough to be really close to the two incredibly clean bathrooms that are gorgeous and homey and welcoming for a couple. Every detail has been addressed for the weary traveler who wants a clean, quiet place to stay even for just one night. The park is all pull-thrus, the community building is stunning, the laundry room is well thought out. Simple and elegant all mixed together. Best part, it's right off of historic Route 66 outside of Lebanon. The best place we stayed so far on this epic journey across our country!

Easy in easy out park close to I-44. Sites are gravel and not very level front to back. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Unassisted check in. Pull up and there is a small building you enter and check in. There are site maps with instructions and park rules.

What a well thought out RV park. Let's get into it. Contact less check in. I did call to make the reservation and when we arrived it was so easy. Just pop into little office and use the computer to check in. Took no time! We also recieved a text prior to check in from the owners. The sites are VERY level, we travel a lot and this rv park had the most level sites! The sites are also very long. We have a 40ft motorhome and a mini van we tow behind. This site fit us very well with room to spare. Our site has a grassy area which is perfect for our pups. Well maintained area. The laundry is free with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Laundry room is clean with a nice long table for folding. Well maintained and clean. We use our own shower in the motorhome but I have to note the showers they have here are private rooms. Love that if we needed to use them. Clean as well. There is also a common room, we didn't use but I did pop in to check it out. Very nice and cozy. Great place if here with a group to play some games. Very easy access off the interstate. The property next door has some horses that I can see from our site. I didn't cross the road, because...respect, but I did get to take a few pics from the back of our site. I did have the opportunity to talk with the owner. She was very nice, customer service at its finest. I already have this RV park marked on our route when we start making our way back south in the fall and planned it so we will be here a week again. Very peaceful here. There is shopping about 9 miles down the road pretty much a straight shot. Thank you for such a nice stay.

On our way west and saw this small RV Park on Route 66, what a great overnight. Just far enough from the interstate, not too much road noise. Self-serve kiosk was a breeze to check in. Very clean well kept park. Lounge, bathrooms, and laundry very clean and tidy. We will definitely use this park for an overnight again.

No office staff or owners on premise. Over the phone was helpful and nice. New RV park. When arriving there is no sign to “office” for registration on a PC. Laundry room clean and nice and FREE. Tons of flies and mosquitos - obviously not sprayed the area. Location is good. No road or train noise. Campground not wooded. Sites are gravel level. The “hangout” space at the site is a small patch of grass area was small size - below average. There many small not deep ditches in grass that makes it uneven and easy to fall. After a rain it fills with water. The campground is very clean. No Ring fire pit. No picnic table. I did not use the public bathroom/shower. Nice size grassy area well groomed. No landscaping except the grass. The roads in the campground are adequate. Not one lamp post or any other light to illuminate the roads. Very dark at night - have a flash lamp available. Wifi poor speed shared password (with all guests). All in all a very nice place. Maybe will come back if in the area.

Charming, lovingly planned campground so easily accessible from Routes 44 and 66. So thoughtfully planned out for RV guests and their comfort. You can tell this is a business built with love. From the level sites to the common room to the bathrooms (each one is a small suite!) it was carefully thought through. This is our “must stay” when we travel cross-country.

I should have posted this review months ago. We arrived late and had no trouble getting to our site. The campground is well laid out and sites are marked clearly. The campsites are very long and well kept. The laundry and bathrooms are pristine. There is also a very nice meeting room where campers can gather in the air conditioning. We originally planned to stay here one night while traveling cross country. We got on the road the next morning and our vehicle broke down. The owners were amazing and helped our family get through a terrible day. It was 95° out and they welcomed my wife, three kids, and our dog to stay in the air conditioning. After an entire day of getting our vehicle repaired, they had kept a site open for us to spend the night. The owners of this facility are fantastic and some of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this campground.

I stopped in the day they opened this park. Really liked the self service check-in, and how easy it is to get settled. Seems like they designed the park to be very RV friendly, even for huge rigs like mine.

Brand spanking new RV park. They just got done with the sites last week, and you can already tell that this will be a main stop for travelers! Easy in, easy out. Full hookups, lounge, laundry, and even a handful of cabins! Clean and simple; we will be stopping in every time we come through!

Brand New RV Park on old Rt 66. The design of the park is really great; all pull-throughs, clean and simple hookups, touchless reservation system, and really cute store/lounge! Great spot if you are traveling though the area. The owners are expert RV people, and have worked in the area for years. Totally give them a try! It's all brand new!!

I was just about to pull up to the drive way when my phone rang and the owner said due to the rain the sites had sunk so we could not camp there. After driving 9 hours and having a hard time finding anywhere to camp this was very disappointing. I did not see any signs of rain in the area. Went down to Bennett Springs State Park instead and got a full hook up for 19 bucks
