our site shared a driveway with our neighbor but we still had plenty of space and privacy. Beautiful view of the river and even an oriole nest. Bathroom need a good clean

Very loud train traffic. Dumping of gray water allowed so maybe why ground soft and odor at times. Pictures attached are of a limb that broke from one of these very tall trees showing how soft the ground is here but it’s cheap enough.

One of our favorite places to overnight when traveling east and west along interstate 40 Good solid 50 amp power plus water and some of the park 30 amp in the older section. Dump station on the way out. Can be a little bit, noisy with the dam and the train, but that adds to the charm. Well maintained in reasonably priced.

Great place to camp on Arkansas River. Easy to go to stores and multiple eating places near by. And we got to watch the Pelicans. Nice large spots. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel with multiple slides.

Although very busy this Labor Day weekend, it is very quiet and peaceful on the river. Campsites are spaced out nicely!
